Kenneth, the owner, spent an hour with us, helping us to pick out the new furniture, along with the fabric. You could really tell how proud he was of his product, which he has made in his own factory. Four days after ordering, the furniture was ready, and it was delivered the next day. Kenneth and his nephew even delivered it themselves. The workmanship is great, and both pieces were reasonably priced and are super comfortable! You will be impressed with the both quality and comfort. But the SERVICE... Wow!!! It's unheard of in this day and age. King's will be our first stop for anything furniture related in the future.

It actually did and Ari offered me a refund for the chairs that had the stain grow. First of all he didn't have to offer that to me. But in doing so, I know he's a sales person that puts the customer first! We are active duty military and trusted Aqua Pools to take care of our pool while stationed out of…read morestate. BIG MISTAKE. Service was cheap (by $20). Despite a revolving door or techs (one special tech was caught on security camera calling our equipment stupid and walking away) we had minor issues with their service. Minor until we started getting brown spots in the pool and my service tech told me I needed a bypass because the constant flow was causing copper spots. Tech said "definitely would be a good decision". Aqua Pools charged me $450 to install it. That didn't fix the issue. Still had spots and Aqua Pool said they can't do anything about it. Next, then the heater would not turn on/off with the control box. Aqua pool tech told me my heater was bad and he recommended it to be fixed for another $450 or so. The heater warranty crew (different company) then came out and said 1. The bypass being engaged will damage the heater and 2. The system had been put in a different mode - causing the on/off issue. Each warranty visit cost me $125. SIMILAR TO OTHER CUSTOMERS and REVIEWS ON HERE- CHECK THEM OUT. I called Aqua pool management (Vickie) and expressed my displeasure and lack of confidence in my service. I asked if they could credit me for the last $125 and try to stop this from continuing to repeat itself. She said she would get back to me. Then one week the tech is a no-show and said to contact management. When I called to see what was going on, she was short and rude, talked over me, and told me they were cancelling my service. She reminded me that I was displeased with what had happened and the solution was to part ways. She said she sent emails - three times - I guess not professional enough to call or take care of the customers or capable to work through conflict. They want to blame the customer. Same as other reviews. Should have seen the red flags. DO NOT RECOMMEND - cost me more money in the long run.

They sent 2 guys out to look at the mirrors. They told me they looked up my order and yes all the mirrors they installed in my home were from a defective batch. They said they would take care of mirrors but I'd need to pay for the installation which clearly I had previously paid them to install what turns out were defective mirrors. Problem now is nothing has actually been done about it. They told me that they didn't actually own the business 3 years ago when my house was built and that they had purchased the company from her father in law and they would see if he would help me. They said they had tried to reach out to the manufacturer of the mirrors but no one would talk to them or return their call. All I know is Destin Glass was the company my builder contracted and paid 3 years ago and Destin is Glass is still an open and operating business here in Destin for now.
