They ran diagnostics, bench tested and pool tested. Determined the unit needed a new motor unit - that they had in stock. Replaced the motor unit. I suspect they probably had several hours of labor diagnosing and repairing but they only charged me for the part. Yep, no labor charge! So for ~$300, I got my cleaner back in operation. Never returned a phone call and told us they would come and never showed or called for another 2 weeks. Finally came out again after 8 weeks. So much for the summer. Finally we r told 3 weeks more and we thought hurray we might make Labor Day. We called on Thursday only to b told they were unsure of measurements and it still wasn't ordered. They stated never should've taken your pool on. Think they could've mentioned that in March of this year when this unpleasant journey began?? 1. Rude people 2. Unprofessional 3. Never returned calls. 4. Never show up when promised. 5. Told 6-8 weeks and we're at 5 mos and still no liner!! Told us we couldn't get a refund because they had been out 5x (lie) and spent 15 hours measuring (lie) but they still hadn't actually ordered the liner. Deveid, our tile/travertine guy took his time and communicated with us every step of the way. He made sure we were happy with his work. Sean was our sales guy, who was laid back and easy to work with, not pushy. Morgan, in the office, guided us through the design process and picking out the things we wanted with great patience...we changed our minds on things and she was so graceful. Jaxon was our project manager and did a great job of showing up, confirming we were pleased with the work being done and getting things moving along, taken care of through it all. The pool looks beautiful and we are quite happy with the work they did and the people we worked with.

To reply to blue havens reply…read more Yes I met with Thomas twice to go over issues. And yes they tried to resolve some of them. And did successfully resolve some. Several issues Thomas offered nothing to correct. Some he said he could but I'd go months longer without my pool. As for the leak detection after replaster they are claiming they did. That's a bold face lie. Which it typical of blue haven employees. I asked for a leak detection due to loosing several inches of a water a day. I was told I to fill out a form stating I would pay for the leak detection if no leak was found and it would be up to $600. I refused to do that and showed them the leak myself which was a hole in the new plaster that they had already tried to patch twice. You did replace two patches of sod in my and my neighbors yard after your sub ran his can through my and my neighbors yard after a hard rain for no reason severely damaging both yards. However the time a different sub destroyed my other neighbors yard y'all did nothing to help there. I had to fix those damages myself. Y'all did a crap job and you know it. Even your own staff has admitted it. Honestly y'all's dishonesty and unprofessionalism is worse than the poor work yall performed.

I know this post won't make a difference to Blue Haven, but I was able to talk three of my neighbors out of using them, simply based on the service I recieved from Jeff Nodine. Pool companies are a dime a dozen. Use one that respects your time and money. Blue Haven and Jeff Nodine do not. @Blue Haven, before you start covering for Jeff Nodine, my entire interaction was video and audio recorded. Save your breath. You got my money. 101425--Tim Daw the GM contacted me today. Tim was the one that resolved my problem with Jeff Nodine. My pool was put in six months ago. That's also when the issue was. I moved in from it. This post stemmed from a conversation that I had with a neighbor that also had Jeff Nodine. I was going to delete this post but if Jeff's behavior was corrected six months ago, he wouldn't have treated someone else this way. I want to reiterate, my pool is awesome!
