We were here most recently for a club Christmas party. The food was good, the beer was cold and the place was looking festive. Parking is ample as well. Consider this venue when looking for a place for your next party, you'll be more than satisfied. Our room was very cute and comfortable, and the clawfoot tub in the Architect Suite was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable, and overall the room itself was a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The elevator was broken during our stay, which was especially inconvenient with heavy luggage. There was also virtually no one in sight for the remainder of our stay--not even at checkout--so when it was time to leave, we had to carry our heavy bags downstairs ourselves. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of communication about construction. Without any warning, the driveways were being repaved during our stay. Because of the construction, we were unable to park at the inn and had to park in an off-site lot and drag our luggage off the property. We were then awakened at 8:00 a.m. by extremely loud construction equipment right outside our room. None of this was disclosed when we booked, nor were we notified before arrival. Had we known that major construction would be taking place during our stay, we would have had the opportunity to cancel or make different arrangements. There was also no offer of compensation for the disruption. I really wanted to love this little inn because the room itself was charming and the bed and tub were wonderful. With better communication and attention to the guest experience--especially when major construction is planned--I think this could be a much better stay.

The emu was confined to a tiny pen between two buildings, which was especially sad to see. The kangaroos and alpacas were also kept in very small, cramped enclosures. Several animals had dirty water, and the overall conditions made it seem like the animals' basic needs were not being prioritized. The lobby smelled strongly of cat urine and was extremely unpleasant. The cleanliness of the facility was unacceptable. The pony ride was also incredibly disappointing. We paid for a pony ride and got one lap around a tiny area. We were then charged separately for food to feed the animals. What bothered me most is that this is a business making money from these animals, yet the animals we saw did not appear to be receiving the care, space, cleanliness, or conditions they deserve. These are living animals, not attractions to be squeezed into tiny pens just to generate money. I left feeling genuinely sad and angry for the animals. They deserve so much better. I would absolutely not recommend this place. The conditions we witnessed need to be addressed, and the welfare of the animals should come before making money from them.

There are many regulation bacci courts, a volleyball court, corn hole boards, a gazebo, a large pavilion and a playground for kids outside. Plenty of picnic tables and some bleachers to watch the bacci courts. The club is kept up nicely and it doesn't look run down one bit. I know a lot of other clubs and halls just aren't what they used to be but, The I and A club is still nice after all of this time.

We started with a tasting at their facility, prepared by chef and owner Ed Regovich. It consisted of a hearty variety of options: Lemon chicken, roast beef, potato and cheese pierogies, red skin parmesan potatoes, green beans, and house salad. Everything was so delicious that we put down a deposit to book them for our wedding the next day. Pricing was very reasonable, ranging from $18-$25 per person for entrees depending on chicken or fancier cuts of beef or fish. We choose Chicken Marsala, Beef Tenderloin medallions, homemade pierogies, green bean almondine with carrots, and potatoes au gratin. We also had a spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. The staff was great on our wedding night and made sure our guests had plenty of food. I had a big plate with a bit of everything and they totally nailed it! The entrees were nicely seasoned without being overly salty, which I've noticed a lot of wedding food can be. The beef tenderloin was super tender and wow, their homemade pierogies are to die for! The Regovich staff made our wedding night a memorable one! Besides wedding catering, Regovich is known for their fall clam bakes and fish frys during Lent!
