This place is great and always has been. All of the staff are very nice and my pedicure turned out great!

on May 12 2026 I went in to get a pedicure (basic). They were running a special of 10% off of any nails due to new management. I also got my eyebrows waxed. when it was time to pay she gave me the amount which did not include the 10% off. I asked her why and she told me it only applied to manicures. well last time I checked my toes have nails and the sign said any nails. I always pay cash to get the cheaper price and not pay tax. Well there was a $4.40 tax added. she did not seem to care. I have been a long time customer of Lovely nails but I assure you I will not be returning. read more

Honestly I heard from a friend to come here, but even she said after a while she didn't like it. I went yesterday for my first time. Felt judged, they did not ask me if I wanted a women or male but asked the people beforehand. Told them I just wanted a regular and they looked annoyed. The GUY who did my nails did such a perfect job, such a sweet guy. The guy who ended up doing it was not the bald man. The receptionist and him are just racist. Walked in & 2 workers were laughing and talking. Never greeted me. Attempted to use iPad to sign in. Kept buffering. Finally asked the ladies if there was a problem with it. This was my first time coming and I must say I am very pleased with my experience. I didn't have an appointment but it was a Thursday morning so it wasn't too busy. I was greeted and seated right away and the nail tech was very sweet and very quick. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she was honest and said she wasn't able to do it but gave me other options and we came to a solution and ended up with a BEAUTIFUL result. Last couple times I went it's been crappy service and crappy work with jacked up prices NOT reflected on their menu- idk how you can do that, charge so much more than what you advertise, but I needed to get somewhere on Friday w out an apt so I went again. Never again. $55 for a basic French nail fill and they looked terrible and chipping and raising on multiple nails within 3 days. For $55 I just cannot. Very rude staff. After several years of going to this salon because it is convenient for will never return. The male nail technician with the bald head was hostile to me from the moment he spoke to me. I have never had an experience like that with someone. He told me to go sit at his station (4). He asked me if I had picked a color. I told him I wanted the color red carpet and some black on a couple of my fingers. He started talking over me and said he need the number. We hadn't even left the front and the colors where hanging right next to where we were standing, so I grabbed the samples to find it. It happened to be right on top. I told him the number. He snatched the color card thing from me and asked me if I was sure. He went to get the color and I sat down. He came back with 1 bottle so I reminded him that I wanted black as well. He asked me what fingers I wanted to do the black on. I showed him. He didn't understand so I showed him again. We went back and forth twice more. I literally just wanted black on my pointer and middle fingers. He then yelled at me to watch TV and not look at him. It was so weird. That was when I took my hand back and told him I no longer wanted the services since he was being so aggressive. He responded "I didn't want to do you either ". He was being so hostile right from the beginning. The whole interaction was just a few minutes but really ruined my day. read more

I have mixed reviews of this place, never had an incredible experience though. I grow my natural nails and just go in for shaping when they get long and regular polish. The most basic thing you could have done! But seemingly, since it is a very cheap service the nail tech just wanted to get my nails done and out of the way. She didn't remove the previous nail polish still on my nails, and you can see it in the final product. My nail tech didn't speak to me the entire time. She filed them extremely short when I asked to just keep the shape I already had. And when I got home I had to file some of my nails because they were so poorly done and had rough, uneven edges. Very disappointed especially because a simple polish with one solid color should be extremely easy!! read more

The guy that did my pedicure was very pleasant and friendly, I didn't catch his name, but we had great conversation and he did a beautiful job on my toes. My friend and I got to the salon an hour before close and my service didn't get started until 4 minutes before...to which I offered not to even start, but my technician was adamant I get my complete service. And he was lovely. One of the other staff didn't seem so kind, he was rude and suggested I "just come back tomorrow to finish the polish" after I had already paid, which he then followed to mop the floors and chauffeur me to a different chair than where I started. Other than the actual nail tech who did my pedicure, I would say it was a less than wonderful experience. He is the only reason I would ever go back. He did a great job and was very kind. read more

I will NEVER ever go back. I have been going here off and on since grade school. Every time I come back the service gets worse and worse. This time it's my fault for even trying to give them another chance. I figured maybe it has become better over the years. When you complain about one of the services, they talk about you in another language to the other workers. I literally wasted three hours of my time and $100. The polish was supposed to be marble and the pictures I took were after he finished my pedicure. I was so pissed my toe nails were not shaped - i told him to stop and i said I'd pay for the services i received and I was done. Please tell me why, it doesn't even look like I had a pedicure done. My toe nails were shaped well and square prior to my pedicure. He said I'll do it when I am finished. I had to tell him to add callous gel to my feet when he was scrubbing them. It doesn't even look like he scrubbed my feet. I recently came back from the beach. I will never go here ever again and I don't recommend you to either. I used to love it here, but all the regulars have left. Now that I wasted that money - i need to wait until Monday and hope someone can help me. If I could give negative star I absolutely would. We went today to get mani/pedi just like every month and today the new owner stater infront of the whole establishment that she refused my niece service because she wouldn't fit in the chair.. I was completely outraged that she would even say that.. I informed her we have been coming there for years.. She stated she can refuse service to anyone for any reason.. I informed her in some very choice words that was called discrimination and that was illegal.. she asked us to leave.. we did but we have contacted the attorney General the BBB and a lawyer and news stations.. I had a full set about 2 weeks ago. A nice job. Today, i requested the same nail tech. I told her to file only the growth. She literally cut the acrylic to my nail bed! Not so 'Lovely'! Waited an hour, (they told me it would be 20 minutes), for my nail service (dipped) to begin. 3 of the nails fell off in two days. I returned and requested a refund. The employee I spoke to said I needed to come back tomorrow for a refund from the owner. I returned the next day with my receipt in hand and she refused to give me a refund. I did not want any more of their shoddy work on my hands! Simply a refund. The owner, Ivy, refused. Terrible customer service. Be very careful when doing business here. This nail salon is always busy! My nails always turn out great, but the service here is not so good. During my last visit, after waiting 30 minutes, I was seated with my nail tech. About 5 minutes in, she gets up to go start on a pedicure for someone, doesn't come back for 10 minutes. Then another technician comes up and has me move all of my stuff to HER desk(doesn't offer to help carry my stuff). So I waited 10 minutes after being seated to get my nails done, just to be switched to another nail tech. Even though this was frustrating, my nails turned out great. The prices are a little high, especially if you're getting gel polish, but the quality is worth it. Also, if you pay cash at this location, you do get a 7% discount which is nice! Bring cash ahead of time though since there is not an ATM inside the salon read more

I want to preface by saying I've been coming here for years, driving 30 minutes one way, a loyal customer and brought friends that became regulars. Today I got a pedicure that went horribly. The girl doing my pedicure was super sweet and felt really bad- but the issue was when I asked for a discount from management and they only took off $10. I'm leaving for the beach in 2 days and imagine how painful this will be in the sand and salt water if it doesn't heal. I'm so iffy on this place. The pedicure FELT amazing, but didn't feel very...clean. I didn't see a lot of sanitization going on while I was there. I also got a french manicure which looked awesome when I left, but looked like utter crap not even two days later. I went only a week later to a different place to get them fixed up and they said whoever did the set didn't know what they were doing. However, the place I go to now has a huge wait and Lovely Nails has walk-ins available which makes them convenient in a pinch. Also, if you go here make sure you have cash because they want you to tip in cash. I didn't realize that and was super embarrassed because I only had a card. Pros: quick, clean, and they do great work. Cons: slightly pricey for the rush The only reason this is not a five star review is that for the area and how rushed my appointment was, it was slightly steep in price. They did do a really good job however!! I'm VERY pleased with the results. I went here on a recommendation from a friend who's nails are always on fleek and I'm glad I did! They're very able to do the trendy nails here which is always a good sign to me that the technicians are keeping up with the latest techniques. As I mentioned in the pros the area was surprisingly clean considering how many people were in there & the size of the salon. Keep in mind that I got acrylics so them rushing wasn't the end of the world, it would have been more of an issue if they rushed a manicure/ pedicure & skimped on the massage portions. Most horrific experience I've ever experienced at a nail salon, the nail technician made me feel very uncomfortable she didn't smile didn't talk she didn't even make me aware of all of the up charges that they supposedly charged I was told that a full set was $45 but supposedly they charge for a long nails are longer than your your finger she didn't tell me that she picked the length they charge for shaping of whatever shape you want your nail I was not told that she just asked what I wanted didn't tell me that was upcharged you know I had very limited funds this day so I picked regular nail polish I figured since it's regular nail polish I could pick just a couple colors and you know make it look a little vibrant I picked three colors and then a sparkle to go on top of one of the colors she said I was only allowed to pick two and then that I would pay a little extra so I figured maybe a couple dollars for the third one and I didn't think she would charge me for the sparkle that went on top of the she charged me for two more colors on top of that so I ended up paying $68 and up charges that I didn't even have that day had to borrow money from a girlfriend of mine so I borrowed $10 she thought it was her tip assumed it was her tip well you don't just assume $10 is your tip when you're not even nice or communicating with me about anything about the up charges any of that so no that's not your tip honey you up charged me your tip is the up charges you should get it from the company you work for so her tip unfortunately ended up being a dollar which I felt bad about but I mean I would have tipped her more if it would have been $45 so she's talking in whatever language she speaks pics of her dollar says sit here with your friend until she's done folds it and and rolls her eyes and she walks away not to mention the manager that walks around looking and watching what everybody's doing micromanaging everybody making sure nobody does anything that they're not supposed to be doing oh and what are you doing and making sure that they're up charging everything it was by far the most excruciating experience ever I do not recommend​ read more
