The owner was very helpful, meeting us on the first day to walk us through the facilities and give us remote access via an iphone app. There was coffee, and some snacks available as well. The main area is open and modern looking with decent wifi and good lighting from the windows. The conference room had a mobile flat-panel TV that was available as well. Knocking off one star because some of the furniture is a bit dated (Think Late 80's early 90s). But the price was great, and the location was perfect for me (By the airport). Even after the project I remain a customer for when I need them again.

I recently moved over to Santa Cruz and needed a place to interview for jobs that was quiet. Harlan was quick to help me find a meeting room that looked professional for my team's meetings and was quiet for my interviews. He was very supportive and always helped me book the rooms timely. Even one of my interviews was in the UK, which was super early and he was available to let me in the office to do that interview. In the end I received multiple offers and was able to lock down a job within a couple weeks of working at this facility. I plan now to come into the office at NextSpace at least once or twice a week more for the value of being in a great establishment and working around really nice people that live in the area. But on the flip side, they communicated with me in a belittling way, changing agreements midstream, and blaming me for it. The space itself is a mid-60s era cement slab with poor ventilation, overhead, "office cubicle" type of lighting and scented candles bought at Ross Dress For Less that give off a chemical type odor.
