The main problem with the complex is that there is no staff or security on weekends or after 5:30pm…read moreexcept for the guy at the clubhouse desk. So, people will inevitably park in your assigned spot and there'll be nothing you can do about it until the next morning or Monday morning. The police will refuse to help because it's private property and the towing company won't recognize your authority over the parking spot that your lease says you are entitled to have. People are allowed to have pets due to state law regarding support animals. Other than the loud barking, the problem with this is that they'll walk their dogs off-leash after hours, or even when the office is open when they know it'll be brief enough to not get reprimanded. The complex manager will abuse her authority to enter your unit by giving false reasons on her 24-hour notice. She'll stop by at 5:20pm and tell you that they have to enter the next day during work hours, even though 24-hours later won't occur until 5:20pm the next day. The complex had holiday parties pre-covid, but relations are too tense for those to return. Traffic problems will get much worse once people start moving into the new nearby Enclave, but city officials refuse to create a throughway for Coe AVE. So, the only outlets are Monterey RD and General Jim Moore RD. There are nice views, a hot tub, a gym, a pool, and a decent main laundry room, but there seems to be little emphasis on the part of management to address the actual problems with the complex.

I called because of a posting on Zillow that had this property management company as the listing agency. When I got through to someone they were polite to begin with and when I mentioned the property's address they said "it's already rented." I relayed that Zillow reflected it was still available in an attempt to help them. Their response was "Zillow is not reliable" and that I should use their website, which I was already on. I informed them that their own website reflected that this property was still available for rent. At this point I was abruptly interrupted and told that they had another important call and wanted to put me hold. Disparaging another website for being unreliable while your own website reflects the same information is ridiculous to say the least. I would recommend this company get their act together.

Terrible response to Issues pertaining to Property Management, I have been a tenant for over 12…read moreyears and trying to get anything resolved with our Leased Spaces is impossible. The Company has refused to address ongoing issues with Leaks, inoperable Leaking, Sticking front Doors. The Company is just a Barrier between the Property Owner John Dilks and the Tenants. We have been waiting for 3 years to get decaying front Doors Replaced and they keep telling us the Replacements are too expensive and all they are willing to do under the owners direction is to Bondo and Paint. Lets Face it with a Property that is over 60 years old your anticipated replacement has far exceeded, the return on the investment has been tenfold. The maintenance charges are exorbitant and its probably time for an audit to actually see where the $$$ is going. It's really a shame that These Companies can coexist amongst the Community who represent themselves as Community Banners and do actually nothing to improve the Community for which they were established to help preserve.

There will be constant noise from apartment renovations. THEY will NOT tell you before you move in that your neighbors are leaving and that they are going to be drilling, knocking down terraces, etc., right against your wall--they are in a process of demoliishing one apt. after another. Furthermore, they will always find an illegal way to keep your security and probably tack on more expense. They were supposed to change a portion of my carpet--it was in perfect condition. $200, they said, for one stain---Suddenly i have a bill for $1000 PAST my $700 security deposit and by that time i had left CA. They RUINED my credit report with their dishonesty, all because i did not take them to court as i should have at the time. Buyer, beware!!
