Arrived 10 minutes early for our apt and were taken back about 10 minutes after appointment time. MA Davis was kind, pleasant, professional, and had great bedside manner with our young son. Waited about another 15-20 for doc and she was so kind, patient, and eased our concerns and addressed the full situation. She doesn't make you feel rushed or anything and was open and receptive to all our questions and concerns.

My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 2:40, and we were seen by 2:50 and out by 3:20. All my questions were answered thoroughly and efficiently. I wasn't able to get a lot of footage since it's a no pictures/videos zone due to patient privacy & confidentiality. I'll continue bringing my kids here for care--it's been a great experience.

During our very first visit, she suggested weaning my child with ASD off medications within minutes of meeting him and without any clear reason, when I had simply requested a refill after his prior physician was no longer there. The front desk staff and medical assistants have honestly been the only reason we stayed as long as we did--they've always been kind and helpful. However, we've reached a point where we will be transferring our children to another practice. Appointments continue to be scheduled for my children that I did not make, resulting in me having to cancel them almost weekly. I've repeatedly asked for this to stop, but it continues to happen, and it has become incredibly frustrating.

Said she couldn't do anything for him and that she was from California and that is how they do things here and there. No meds unless he is sick for over 7 days. I will NEVER see her again. Her demeanor leaves a lot to be desired and she should not be a part of your practice. My daughter who is 6 gets extreme anxiety at the Doctor's office especially when getting shots. Nurse Anne told my Daughter to "quit her whimpering and save it for the real thing".
