Tangy, and buttery with that quintessential buffalo sauce spice that is not over powering, but just hot enough for you to feel it. I did, however, thoroughly enjoy their tavern style pizza. That crispy, charred crust was fantastic. The pepperonis were greasy, but not so much that the pizza was soggy. It was fantastic, in my opinion. On the other hand, the deluxe pizza could have been cooked a bit longer. However, I think the deluxe is a bit harder to get right in terms of bake time with so many ingredients. The bacon was starting to blacken but the cheese hadn't started bubbling. Nonetheless, if you are on O'fallon and looking for a neighborhood sports bar you can count on to serve you some brews and digs then you can count on Bleacher's. My wife ordered a sandwich and I ordered a pizza. I like to always order a pizza when I try a new place, just my thing. Both were tasty, and left us satisfied. One plus is the crinkle fries. Hard to find and by far the best fries out there. We started talking to some locals who were super friendly , the type of people that made us wish this was our local bar.
