But we had visited a home Very similar to this one for a house sitting we had done 4 doors away on the same street. Now I am returning the gift by a referral to a house listing next door to me that I have been helping the family on. She looks inside it tomorrow. The bank appraisal is already done. This will go well. Probably for sale in a week. Update: next morning Leslie Heros came by on time this am to look at the house next door. Next step , set the price with the owner. She wants to list it. She loves our area.
