This past year has been especially difficult with storm damage and having to replace a roof during monsoon season. Since I'm out of town for work, I was worried about how everything would get handled, but Lemonie really stepped up. She coordinated with multiple contractors, stayed in contact with my tenants, and handled everything professionally. She made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for me. But we had visited a home Very similar to this one for a house sitting we had done 4 doors away on the same street. Now I am returning the gift by a referral to a house listing next door to me that I have been helping the family on. She looks inside it tomorrow. The bank appraisal is already done. This will go well. Probably for sale in a week. Update: next morning Leslie Heros came by on time this am to look at the house next door. Next step , set the price with the owner. She wants to list it. She loves our area.
