I have a cabin near Cuba, NY and I always stop in to The Perfect Blend. Great coffee and a nice variety of food to order. I can tell the locals hang out here and that's a good indicator of a quality business. Fast and friendly service. read more

Cute little storefront in sleepy historical down town cuba ny. Street parking. Wonderful friendly girls working there. Cute decor. Spotlessly clean. Creative menu. In house made caramel and bakery items. Breakfast, coffee, and the chocolate peanut butter muffin were fabulous. I'll be here A LOT more now that I found them. read more

Just loved our visit to this adorable little coffee shop and everything we tried! Drinks were excellent and well made, the cinnamon roll was amazing and the southwest breakfast melt or quesadilla was very good as well! The staff was super friendly and we got to meet the business owner a very nice lady who you can tell is passionate about her business and town. The interior is super cute with tables to sit and some outdoor street seating as well. Prices were also not too bad! If we were in the area again we'd definitely stop back in. read more

Service and ambiance at The perfect blend was fantastic!!! Ladies were so sweet there! Ordered a Carmel latte which was fabulous! Also ordered the avocado toast on GF bread. The avocado wasn't great unfortunately, very stringy and brown but I can't blame them because I struggle to find good avocados too. Other than that everything was good! My husband ordered an egg, cheese, and sausage on a plain bagel and liked it! read more

We stopped in for a delicious lunch. We had the Spunky Melt and the Old Yorker. Both were delicious with plenty of toppings. The bread was really impressive, and they were well toasted. Coffee drinks were good as well. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Right next door to a cute little shop and the Cuba Cheese museum. Stopped here on Columbus Day while out enjoying the fall foliage. Everything was perfect. The sandwiches were delicious ( tuna melt and Cuban). The staff was efficient and friendly. The restaurant was decorated well and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place ... they have got it going on. read more

This coffeehouse always has great fast service with a smile and a variety of coffees, goodies and food. A relaxing atmosphere with a couch if desired, booths or tables. Decorated with different clocks, dark wood and low lighting. It's small but mighty and delicious. read more

Great customer service and wonderful coffee and great pastries. Went to little store next to it and they were connected.

A great casual restaurant/coffee house with an old world feel. It's connected to the Cuba Cheese museum on one side and a quaint shop on the other (both actually have open doors into the coffee shop). I had the bruschetta chicken bowl and it was quite tasty. They have a selection of coffees, espresso drinks and tea. Several gluten free options on the menu. This coffee shop alone is a great reason to take the Cuba exit off of 86. And then there's the cheese shop. read more

As I soon I walked in we where rudely waited on and then when asking a simple question about the menu I was met with a very rude attitude and response. This is an excellent place to get a delicious cup of coffee in the morning, accompanied by a pastry or other treat. They also serve an outstanding lunch, with a variety of sandwiches and salads that will please everyone in your group. They have those wonderful old pottery mugs that keep your coffee nice and hot. If you're lucky there may be a few for sale! Don't miss this place if you were visiting the Village of Cuba. read more

Back in Cuba for another Christmas and so happy to find a nice coffee shop like The Perfect Blend. The (sweet) Chai is amazing, and their breakfast sandwiches are excellent as well. The Rise and Shine right off the hot panini grill is a wonderful, nicely priced breakfast sandwich. And the Western New Yorker breakfast sandwich is solid as well - now if they added a few diced (mild/roasted) green chili peppers to this sandwich, it would be a home run. Give this place a shot - Cuba deserves a great coffee house...and this place is well on its way to being just that. read more

This place was a welcome surprise during a drive that had gotten a little tiresome. I drove all the way through Olean, a much bigger town, looking for decent coffee and found none. I stopped in Cuba with no hopes and a nice young woman at the Cheese Shoppe directed me to this lovely place. The restaurant is welcoming, spotless and comfortable. The coffee was surprisingly great. All of the menu looked good but I succumbed to countertop merchandizing and had a wonderful piece of apple pie that was HUGE. The people at the counter could not have been nicer. read more

The Perfect Blend is a great little place in Cuba, New York. The atmosphere is great. Quiet and perfect for meetings, or for a low key lunch. It also puts you in the middle of Cuba and the rest of the shops in town can be walked to from this spot. The coffee is adequate. Nothing special as far as espresso goes. The milk tends to be over foamed for the lattes and the shot over-pulled. With a little more experience with their equipment, their drinks could become brilliant. The sandwiches at this place are fantastic. The ingredients are quality, the selection is large and the end result is delicious. All in all, a solid shop. Definite room for improvement with their coffee, but their sandwiches and the atmosphere make it more than worth the visit. Cheers! read more

This was my second visit--came as a recommendation from two separate individuals. Now granted, there may not be a plethora of options available in the small "downtown" area of Cuba, this place could stand on its own anywhere. They've got great coffee and specialty drinks and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's a subtle detail and one that could be common, but it makes a difference to me when an eatery without table service uses actual mugs for coffee for those dining in. All of the food and baked goods I have seen there have looked good, but I feel as I will only continue to get the one dish that was responsible for the recommendations I received--the Garlic Fest Veggie Melt. Each component of this particular sandwich is done well and complements each other beautifully. Despite my best intentions, I was so excited to have the sandwich again, I forgot to take a picture until I already devoured half! I did order mine sans cheese, since the nearby cheese factory provides the town with enough cheese lore (shops and a museum) to last for days. I will continue to return (and order the Garlic Fest Veggie Melt) any time I am nearby. read more

It was ok..just ok. The paninis were good, but small portions. The tomato soup was really good, but lukewarm. The other soup was not a hit at our table, Mexican chicken. The verdict was that it was sour, and everyone agreed they wouldn't order it again. The kids meals were kind of silly. A bag of chips and a tiny grilled cheese sandwich cut into 4. Drink was separate. Cost with tax $5 plus drink. For a family of 4 we spent $50 and left hungry. House coffee was good, but the iced latte was basically milk. Might grab a coffee again, but probably not lunch. read more

What a cute little cafe! I have been going to Rushford Lake for years...so Cuba Cheese Shoppe is always on my "must-do" list while visiting. I was with a friend this past weekend and we decided to explore Main Street. We stumbled upon Perfect Blend, which is attached to a gift shop (selling local goods and vintage finds). I ordered an iced caramel latte which was a little sweet, but refreshing. I am thrilled that Cuba finally has a nice coffee shop! read more

Stopped here on the way to the Cuba Cheese Shop and got a Latte. I was very pleasantly surprised with the taste. It is the best Latte I have had. The Lady who made it did a great job. What a wonderful find for a long trip. I am used to Starbucks and this was better. Highly recommend this store. read more
