They get the puppies from puppy mills where the mothers are in deplorable conditions. The puppies get delivered in a giant delivery truck like cargo (probably from Lancaster, PA). I bought two Shih Tzu's from the same litter five years ago and they both have degenerative disc disease, which is genetic. I cannot believe for a moment that they were not aware that they were producing defective puppies. I have since had four back surgeries on my dogs totaling close to $40,000. These puppies don't come from breeders. They lie to you and say they do. Then provide no breeder information. They have gone as far as to provide a fake address that leads to the middle of no where. These are puppy mill dogs. You can walk in to many of their locations and hear dogs with kennel cough and visibly see sick puppies. Offering to take some back and doing likely illegal back room vet work from unqualified teenagers. Do not support this " business". They don't care about animals, they just want your money. Adopt from a reputable breeder and even then I suggest turning to shelters. Since Covid people got puppies and realized they took work and sent them to shelters. They are over flowing and euthanizing left and right. You can get puppies that are well taken care of from there. Instead of supporting evil puppy mills and spending thousands on vet bills to SAVE THE LIFE of and care for a puppy that these horrible people forcibly produced for money. My friend recommended this place to me. Read reviews before going to any place that is a lesson learned for me. I am not sure about the puppy mill claims but I visited the place and ended up purchasing a cute little puppy. Her hair was overgrown. I am not sure if they groom the puppies. She is so sweet and quiet. We felt bad for her and I wish I had money to buy them all and place them in good homes. But I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I can say the prices are high and their return policy sucks. In the heat of the moment you think your ready because they are cute and you think it's worth it. But you get 50% if you return in 7 days. But a full refund if something is medically wrong with the dog within 2 years. By then you love your dog and you will not want to return it. They offer to pay the medical bills but upto a reasonable amount if that occurs. So if you are not sure you are ready for a puppy. I suggest you try fostering. I love my puppy but there were a few times I thought about returning the puppy but that return policy stopped me. I would basically be paying over 1000 for 7 days or less with the puppy. Some people are not ready for a puppy and the puppy ends up getting neglected because you don't realize how much time you need to put in. Or the dog is not a good fit for the family. I would think a true animal lover would not want their puppies in an unhappy environment and offer better return policies but maybe that's just me. I think the return policy should be 14 days, within 1-2 days 100% of your money back. Then 90% after 2-3 days, 80% after 3-4 days, down to 50% after 7-14 days. Because I understand the longer the person is with the puppy the more attached the puppy might get and they might be sad for a few. But I think they will be able to resell the puppy. With there current return policy they will get over 1000 plus the amount they get from resale. Hmmm. read more

Awful place do not go here. Puppies are kept in tiny glass boxes, big dogs are kept in bins some can barely see out of. They dogs were shaking in fear. There was no food or water in any bin the dogs were in. There was no toys as well. You also can not touch the dogs. This place needs to be shut down! read more

They have lines of small cubby type enclosures for the dogs.. the top open and all these cute little faces looking at you and jumping up to play.. what animal lover could avoid reaching in to say hi and pet them???????? I reach in to say hello to a cute puppy and I instantly get scolded by the moron running the store! "DON'T TOUCH THE PUPPIES!!" Ummm ok? We see a few we are interested in and I ask if we could take one out so we could TOUCH it?... I'm told no he's closing in 5 minutes! Open til 7 but closing at 6:35 apparently?! Super rude attitude and definitely not an animal lover.. So we left and went to another store in bridgewater to spend our $1700 and found an amazing puppy with great customer service! I went inside and was (not) greeted by a teenager on her phone. I said "hi, I'm so excited to see the puppies" I actually thought they had treats to sell and that's why I stopped in, not knowing it was a puppy store. The girl never lifted her head and said "don't touch any dogs" and that was it. I asked some questions about the puppies and again the young kid never lifted her head from her phone and said "i don't know" for each question. I quickly realized this was a hidden place. No outside views, no windows, no fresh air. The puppies were all crying and wanting attention. The girl would not answer me when I asked if they get to play or go outside. I was sincerely saddened and had to abruptly leave. I was so confused. I've never seen a place like this. Dogs for sale just living in boxes without any windows, air, room to move. Is this legal? Who stays with them at night? Doesn't anyone play with them? Are they alone at night? Do they ever leave their tiny boxes? Where do they pee/poop? Do they have any grass? I'm so confused. I read the reviews and decided to go look for myself. There was a veterinarian there that day checking on all the dogs which the business has done weekly. That was re-assuring. The dogs are in pens, and are barking looking for attention like any puppy would. All first line of vaccines were done, plus a chip for the dog was also added as part of the process. Before you can take the dog home they run a stool test to make sure the dog does not have a worm issue which happens a lot at many breeders. If the test is negative you can take the dog home. They will not send a dog home if the test is positive. If it is they will treat the dog with the vet before able to go home. Many Breeders are usually very far to get to and don't always have dogs available. These guys offer a 2 year genetic health guarantee, which is unheard of. Many things we experienced and learned made us realize some posts on here are from people that never had any intention of buying a dog. Just looking to stir the pot with their political agenda. Our puppy is now 22 weeks old and is a very happy and healthy puppy. We are pleased at our experience and love our puppy! read more

Went in today & was appalled. The smell was so bad that it nearly knocked me over. The 30-40 puppies were in wooden "cubes" about 2ftx4ft. Some had 2 puppies in each box. Others (poodle-mix) were in back of the store in metal cages. Dying for love & affection but we couldn't even touch them. Water bowls were mostly knocked over or empty. How is this business even open? From the outside, you can't see in. Very shady. It's all covered up with posters etc. the 2 young workers were on their phones not giving a shit about what was going on. These poor puppies. That visit ruined our whole day. Disgusting. Do not buy from this place. I hope the board of health or MA org checks into this place. I know protests go on but it appears this biz is still running in MA & RI. Wonder what happens to these poor pups at night? What a shame that animals are sold this way! Seems like some major regulations are not being met. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. Please do not buy a puppy here. I bought a puppy, and I had her for less than 30 days, at which time she had to be put down because she was in major kidney and liver failure. I had taken her to the vet immediately, where i was told she was in critical condition. I placed a call to the owner who basically tried to tell me that the dog was healthy and it was on me. I have had an autopsy performed on the puppy and it all came back that she had kidney disease her whole entire life. I have since bought a puppy from a reputable breeder and I can tell you the difference is amazing. This was an expensive lesson as the owner will not honor his 2 year warranty. read more

I can see that a lot of messages here are very negative and that was honestly surprising to me. I only came onto the site because I was looking for information about something non purchasing related and I saw the negative reviews and wanted to read. Fortunately, and not to rub that in anyone's faces by any means, I had a fantastic experience with finding my forever friend at perfect puppy. From the other comments I think that a girl named brittney (possibly) helped me get the right pup for me. I had my heart set on one and unfortunately he had been spoken for, but she brought out a different husky from that pups litter, and I didn't need more than that. He was perfect for me (I was also NEVER told I could t take photos or videos? That's very strange to say). He had a little trouble passing his worms which a lot of puppies get from their mama (and dogs can get it all the time living in largely populated areas), and he has been fine ever since. He always has had an issue with firm or loose stool but I just think his belly will always struggle with foreign food getting into his diet. Otherwise, he was well groomed, well nourished considering his issues with the worms, and he was well tempered and cared for. I love my husky. They helped pay for his medicine when he needed to pass the last round of worms and they always gave me kind, helpful advice. I got to titan vet because they met my puppy and cared for him as a baby before I even found him. I trust that because they are serious about dog health and they treat him with love and fairness like any other animal. Various people go to that vet that have nothing to do with perfect puppy. Lastly I would like to note that some people said you can't touch the puppies - you can't put your dirty hands on babies why would you think you could do it to a new born puppy that has lived pretty much in one environment it's entire life quite literally. When they know you are serious about purchasing and not coming in just to play with dogs you know you're not gonna buy, they let you sanitize you're hands and arms if you can, and you sit in the pen with them to see how they behave with you.
