I've been working out here for a few years now. It's a great workout. Not a lot of time needed and you don't get sweaty. But after 20 minutes you feel like youve worked every muscle in your body. I've gotten a lot stronger over that time. You work one on one with a trainer, so the workout is really geared to your needs. Contessa, my trainer, is absolutely great. I love working with Allie too. At first I liked the place but it is going downhill. They are currently not hiring certified trainers, or even people who have physical training experience. The coaches are kids out of college for the most part just doing this until they can get jobs in their fields. $75 an hour gets you 20 minutes on rundown machines they keep promising to replace. They are alarmingly old, with torn seats and dirt. I honestly feel like they are selling seniors a bag of goods. You really don't get the workout you would with a certified trainer or for a longer period of time. The heavy weights damaged my knees and I refuse to do certain machines anymore. read more

I love this place! I HATE organized regimented exercise and classes. But. Hey. I can do anything for 20 minutes! I've been coming here for about a month and really feel the difference. The trainers are fantastic, attentive, and keep you on point. I haven't worked with a trainer in years and I really enjoy this. The concept make total sense and it seems to be effective. I definitely feel stronger, I can tell my core muscles engage when the didn't used to, and the weight lifted is increasing. I sleep sounder too. It's all good. It will take more time to measure inches and pounds but I feel so much better I'm willing to keep going. I've not ever felt these results so quickly fro a workout. And did I mention that we're only talking about 20 minutes twice a week? Cool beans. read more

When I first heard of slow-motion strength training I scoffed at the idea, that going slow was more beneficial. I was invited to try the workout for myself, I figured why not! And wow! I was amazed at how much more in tune I felt with my body I was able to maintain a slow pace with my trainer's guidance while being corrected on form and pushed past my own belief that previously hindered my results. Not only that but my membership allows me to train with all of the trainers! Denise, Diana, DJ, Michelle, Mitzi, & Aurelio....so essentially I get 5 trainers for the price of 1! I have been scheduled at the Perfect Workout for over three years now. I say scheduled because the workouts are at a designated weekly day and time so it is not like a fitness center where you come and go as you can. My muscle strength has increased greatly. My leg pressing is up to 427 lbs. Not bad for a semi-retired 68 year old guy. The training staff is excellent and works with you on every machine for proper setup to get you to muscle fatigue without injury. Both Denise and Diana have been with the company for 10+ years each. So if you want experienced trainers then you have your studio. I have always had amazing workouts from their entire staff. The perfect workout is wonderful. I came here after suffering a bad back injury from a car accident. I had been in physical therapy for 8 months and it had done nothing and I was worried I'd always be in chronic pain. After about a month my pain was almost entirely gone, with the exception of the occasional flare up. It is hard work, but so worth it, and I have seen a huge change in my strength and energy. Also, all the trainers are so wonderful (especially Denise!) I quickly became friends with my trainer and now look forward to going in twice a week! It is expensive but worth every penny. I have been going once a week here since November 2017. My strength and core has improved. The atmosphere here is so encouraging and compassionate They walk me through the exercise machines each time so I never have to worry if I'm using the equipment correctly. I've been training at the Perfect Workout for almost three years now. As a former professional ballerina, when I retired from dance I needed a safe way to continue to workout my body, while also transitioning to a completely new schedule in life. This happened to be the perfect fit. The amount of improvement in my muscles with just a 20 minute workout once a week is amazing. I've worked with 4 different trainers over all my time here, but have been with DJ for over a year now. For me he is the perfect combination of a trainer that can push me, but will also watch out for my body and have me back off when I want to push myself too far. Denise is also a trainer that I worked with for over a year and a half, and I have nothing but praise for her as well! I also have a genetic disease that causes my bones to randomly dislocate for no reason. The trainers at the perfect workout helped me find a way to help control my dislocations by strengthening the muscles over the joints that commonly dislocate. And I am happy to say I have see a decrease in my amount of dislocations. It's improved my quality of life greatly, and I'm very happy to have found this place! read more

"If it sounds too good to be true it is".. I recently completed a 12 week program with The Perfect Workout. I very much enjoyed working with Denise who was an excellent and very conscientious trainer. Every session with her was wonderful. I am very disappointed with the results I achieved and attribute them mostly to the stringent diet I realized was necessary (after 4 weeks with no results) and not part of the marketing. I believe the marketing for this program is very fraudulent and misleading. The amazing results people write about are due to working the program for a minimum of 6 months to a year along with hard core dieting (which is not mentioned anywhere). I feel the money I spent ($1368) was not worth it! read more
