This is a knockoff of pink sugar. The lotion loses the smell as soon as I put it on. The perfume smells of alcohol and something else that is old. Terrible. Smells like the cheapest of the cheap perfume. Never again! read more

I ordered a bottle of $130 perfume on October 9th , 2021. Today is October 25 and I still have still not received my perfume. I called them on Friday to inquire about my package and the shipping info showing no movement on the package, I spoke to a young loud, obnoxious person( I would say lady but she acted and spoke like a child) who yelled over me, interrupted me on the phone, told me off, played musiac over me to drowned out me speaking and hung the phone up on me three times. They refused to give me there name or connect me to a supervisor and reprimanded me , asking me "Do you have nothing better to do all day long then call perfume company's and complain" I was shocked and horrified. I guess this is there idea of customer service. I called PayPal to try to get my money refunded and can not do so until I refuse my package and ship it back to them. Upon which they deduct money from you for the shipping and charge you a 20% re-stocking fee. I will NEVER order from this company again and will find every possible online forum to post my review and awful experience. I have also contacted the BBB. I warn everyone not to do business with this company and hope they go under very very soon. Be careful with this "company". You take a big risk when buying. I just bought this gift set (Bob Makie), the perfume smells like it's been sitting on the shelf for years, it smells awful, not like the scent I used to buy before at retailers like Macys, etc. The Eau De Toilette bottle was not filled to the top and it comes without cellophane and to me it does not smells like the real one. In case you have to return then you get stuck with the shipping fees. Will not be doing buying from this company again. You're better off buying directly from the original company. Stay away from this company! They are blatantly taking advantage of their customers. My first purchase arrived broken & the cologne had leaked through the cardboard delivery box. When I opened the box, they had loosely wrapped the box in some paper, no bubble wrap. I have been attempting to call them on their "800" number since the enclosed order form states I had 3 days to report damaged goods. Their "800" number is conveniently never working due to "technical difficulties ". I have also tried to communicate with them through their website which states " for quicker service use the website" its another dead end!! The Customer Service button sends me to Contact Us. I filled in all the required info & attachment 3 pics showing the damages. When I hit Send, nothing. It simply did not work. I thought maybe the pics files may have been to large so I modified them & went through the process again with the same results. Nothing. I attempted for a 3rd time & just sent a simple concise text message & again, it wouldn't send! I have even gone to their Facebook page & sent a message through that! So at this point I believe they have stolen my money by purposely making it impossible for me to communicate with them on any level. They didn't package the product sufficiently & it was broken in transit & they have non existent customer service which means my 3 days to report back to them is purposely sabotaged so they can legally say I did not get back with them in time. I ordered a boatload of fragrances from this online retailer, because their prices were unbelievable. At such low prices, I figured that once the fragrances arrived, I would discover that they were all knock-offs, so I was already planning to send them all back. Much to my surprise all of the fragrances were authentic! Not only that, but there was a mix up with my shipment. Totally my fault, as I neglected to include a suite number in my shipping address, so the package was delivered to another suite, where it promptly "disappeared". In spite of my negligence, the perfume spot replaced the shipment at no cost to me. The fragrances arrived 3 days later, and as I mentioned before, all were authentic designer fragrances. I will totally patronize the perfume spot in the future, for all my fragrance purchases, and recommend that you do too! read more

I made an order of 3 men perfume that included Giorgio Armani, 3.4 oz. It supposed to be the classic version of Armani for men which I have had before and liked very much. The price the perfume spot had attracted me so I purchased it. I started to use the the other 2 perfumes first saving the Armani for last. I started to use it almost 2 years from the date of purchase and it turned to be mere alcohol and in no way comparable to the authentic Armani. Usually perfume get better and stronger by time so the 2 year time should have done good to it but it is fake bottle of Armani perfume. Don't be fooled by the cheap price they offer, no matter how cheap price they offer, your money is worth much more than the Alcohol they are selling you. read more

Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. Not only are they selling unauthentic fragrances, their customer service is deplorable. I made a 1st time purchase this month and received my item (Burberry Her) today. I was so excited to receive it, so I opened and sprayed it immediately. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed it was not right. I emailed the company to let them know my concern and asked for a replacement and/or full refund. The response received was not customer service friendly at all and stated that the fragrance needs to settle for some time first. My experience is that generally happens with inspired by or dupe fragrances, not authentic ones and responded as such. I asked for fully refund and asked their policy. The representative kept stating their return clearly listed on website for me to review and further responses kept going downhill from there. The representative refused to share the policy, despite me asking them to specifically do so and stated my expectations. Clearly it appears they are acting in a deceptive manner. I did not pay for shipping, I used the promo code they had on their site for free shipping above a certain price. The products came lightening fast, in perfect condition and smell terrific. Have been ordering my perfume from here for years, I ordered some woman's perfume and the men's cologne version came, I checked my invoice it indeed said woman's so it was clearly their fault. I needed this by Saturday for a gift for my niece, I emailed them, they said they would send it out via my original shipping choice which was 3 day, I asked them to do complimentary overnight due to me needing it in a few days and that the mistake was theirs not mine, customer service rep kept declining to do so. I'm to the point in my life where if your business depends on your customers to make you money you treat them good, I'm not asking for free perfume or anything unreasonable, just that when you make a mistake you try to make it right as best as you can, overnight shipping would of pleased me. Now they sell counterfeit perfumes, at least two brands I had been purchasing from them. Prices are not the lowest neither. Considerable discount, fast shipping, and good services before there is a problem and the customer comes back with an issue. Most importantly, though, save yourself the money and don't waste money on what is at best old and expired flagrance, or at worst copies.
