    Sephora has nice beauty products to try and play with, and associates are generally very helpful. The popular Fenty line must out quick - they are always missing products (today it was body lava), but I really like their selection of NARS makeup. First visit during pandemic - whats different is you have to line up outside the store and wait to enter per capacity limits. They spray hand sanitizer in your palms while you wait and you are instructed not to touch anything in the store. No sampling products allowed. If you want to see how a shade of lipstick, foundation, etc looks, an associate will swipe some on a piece of paper for you to look at. I don't plan on changing foundation, so there's no need to try that on, but there is a certain allure to being able to "try before you buy." However, safety first!

    It always smells wonderful and os a makeup wonderland. Most of the time people are nice and helpful. The rewards system sucks, spend $100 for a small sample . But other than that

    I was at this mall for a Yelp Event. I forgot my red lipstick. I decided I would check out Sephora. To my amazement and good fortune I walked in and went to the Sephora lipstick section. I found the perfect red and wanted to try it. A nice salesman who was helping another customer saw I was having trouble with the lipstick ( it wouldn't turn up to open it.) He stopped what he was doing and opened up a brand new one for me to try... I used it and out the door I went back to my event. This lipstick stayed on for hours not like my original one... I was so happy with the Sephora lipstick I went back after my event and bought it... I thanked the kind sales rep and went to the checkout ...... I met another sales rep named Shovana ( I think that was her name .) She took the time to find my original account and let me know I had hundreds of points left on it.. I walked out with my Sephora red lipstick and some samples... This store is kept very clean and organized... Everything is easy to read and displayed beautifully... The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nicer... This Sephora Store in Menlo Pk Mall is doing everything right! It was such a pleasure shopping here. If I'm ever back in the area I will make sure I stop in....

    Was in from out of town for a special occasion. Made an appointment for a full face makeover. Got Britney and she was really talented and a really nice person. Great to chat with. She knew exactly what products to use, how to do my shadow, applied lashes and basically made me look better than ever. Everyone in the store was super helpful and nice. And at 48 I might not be Sephora's ideal candidate for a makeover since I'm not 25. But it was a great experience.

As I tried to explain my situation, she told me I was arguing and didn't allow me the opportunity to speak. Additionally, during the treatment, she interrupted the session to attend to another customer and promote her products. I ended up waiting for about 45 minutes while she focused on sales instead of completing my treatment. This experience left me feeling unheard and unattended.

    Do NOT visit this practice unless you trust someone unqualified and inexperienced with your face…read more I visited Dr. Niu back in March 2025 for a simple cortisone shot, which I have had countless times before with other practitioners, and she was clearly inexperienced and unqualified to perform this service. Not only was she unable to give me the results that are expected from injecting a nodule pimple with a cortisone shot (the whole point in paying for the shot is to see flattening within 48 hours), but even worse - her technique was so shockingly poor that it caused severe fat atrophy in the entire area on my face. This has left an EXTREMELY noticeable dent in my face for several months that I now had to visit two separate med spas for consultations and ultimately had to pay $900 for a syringe of filler to see a slight resolution in the damage she caused. When I initially reached out to Dr. Niu about my concern of this divot due to fat atrophy in April 2025, she was extremely dismissive and took no accountability for the negative side-effect of her work. She mentioned that she had already provided me a refund (which was false because she had only given me a PARTIAL refund) and did not offer to fix the problem that she had created. The partial refund she gave me did not even begin to cover the amount of money I had to spend to fix this. I have pictures of the damage she caused as well as my text messages with her that show how unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive she was throughout the experience. Obviously this was distressing and disheartening for me as a patient. She is not a trustworthy or skilled practitioner and a simple conversation with her will prove that she's not confident speaking to a lot of the procedures she offers. I regret going against my intuition and trusting her anyway. She deletes her bad reviews and the one or two bad reviews that I have seen on here, she has replied to in an immature and dismissive manner that would not be expected from a true professional doctor. I am reporting her to the New Jersey Medical Licensing Board because this is absolutely unacceptable and I don't want other women to go through what I did. If you have also experienced this and seen that your review was somehow removed by her, I urge you to do the same.

I was subsequently banned from receiving services. My recommendation remains the same: managerial training would be beneficial. You can find training in YouTube. according to your own response , you leadership style comes across as dictatorial and dismissive of a customer review. Regardless of the number of employees managed, professionalism, communication, and emotional control are essential in any leadership role. The business was originally built by your father, who treated both customers and employees with professionalism and respect. When customers are banned for providing feedback, it reflects poorly on the culture of the business and ultimately impacts both customers and staff. In case you are not aware, there are many businesses that offer the same services. This is not about losing a customer, but about losing the opportunity to receive constructive feedback that helps a business improve. As a former loyal customer, I also recall overhearing workplace discussions during services that involved concerns from employees, including conversations related to their tip handling and management practices. These were not isolated comments, and they contributed to a broader impression of employee dissatisfaction. When internal concerns become visible to customers, it is worth reflecting on workplace culture and communication. If private conversations are not properly managed in a public-facing environment, customers will inevitably hear things that were not intended for them. I experienced this firsthand while receiving services. Reviews are intended to highlight experiences and opportunities for improvement. Responding to feedback by banning customers instead of addressing concerns does not minimize the fact of your poor managerial skills, in the contrary, is expose and supported by yourself. I am the perfect example on how your ego gets in the way. Instead of acknowledging the review, by a simple "thank you for the review, I'll be mindful next time." You are now sacrificing the earning of one of your employees because you ego got in the way . Thanks God for reviews, they show the true nature of people who minimize others just because they think they can and/or because they are the owner of the business. Tsk tsk.

Everything is tailored to your needs and you and the doctor discuss the right amount of treatments for the best results. I have been going back here several times already and each time I was treated wonderfully. After the first treatment I already saw results but by the third you clearly see so much improvement that you wonder why you didn't go here earlier. The pain from the procedure is minimal(I did my neck) and the aftercare steps are very clear. The place is of course licensed and won awards before which you can see for yourself when you go in. Very clean place. Dr. Ram and the staff are so caring and welcoming, that I will always go to them for other procedures which they provide a wide range of. Go check them out Update: It has been a couple more months now and my neck still has no hair in the spots treated. Well worth the money in my opinion, the hassle of shaving it every morning was tedious and very hurtful with the razors, it pays for itself in the long run. I am certainly going back a few more times though to continue the rest of my treatment, just been on vacation so wasn't able to get my last one in time. The crew is very helpful with working with your schedule and fitting you in on certain days which I am very thankful for. Many deals and payment options for the laser hair removal as well, and if it is your first time, certainly try it out, it is cheaper and very effective.     They deleted my Google review... so here it is again:…read more I had a very negative experience at this laser hair removal med spa and ultimately decided to stop going. During one of my sessions, I was severely burned in a specific area, which was very painful. The injury made me lose trust in the amount of safety I had during treatments. I am unsure still why it occurred because I was told that the puss open wound, was due to a hair that was ingrown and became infected... which I quickly learned was not what was going on. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with the staffing of technicians situation. While many other females worked there, there was only one laser technician available, and he was male. He performs Brazilian laser hair removal on female clients, but when I checked the website after a few treatments and curiosity, did not offer the same service to male clients, which in hindsight sight felt unprofessional and inappropriate to me being that if a female wants a Brazilian, she has no choice but to have a male technician. An hour before my appointments, I applied numbing cream on my bikini line and my entire Brazilian area with plastic wrap over the areas. At the beginning of my appointment, he wiped my numbing cream off from my Brazilian area very invasively without even asking if I was okay with that or giving me the option if I could wipe it myself before the lasering. The reason could be so he removes all of the product off completely before lasering, but with ONLY a male tech available and as a female patient who is basically blindfolded being touched in that vulnerable way, I should have 100% been given more options for my comfort. I was asked to remove my bra while wearing a medical gown that opens in the front. The laser treatment was only for my underarms, and the area was fully accessible through the sides/sleeves of the gown. There was no medical reason for me to remove my bra. As a result, my chest was exposed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This situation felt completely unnecessary, and it could have been easily avoided. Between the physical injury and the discomfort surrounding the treatment environment, I chose not to return again. I would strongly encourage others considering this spa to think about your comfortability levels when getting vulnerable areas lasered by a male technician, to ask detailed questions about safety protocols, and how client comfort is prioritized before making an appointment.
