He and his team rebuilt a retaining wall, filled soil erosion, installed a flagstone path, and seeded over the new soil/flagstone. They repurposed sod and carefully worked around beloved shrubs. Absolute awful experience, honestly one of the worst I've ever had. The job not only ended out…read morebeing terrible and not completed, I was lied to and taken advantage of. The first initial screw up is a photo of the stairs - in which we agreed would be a radius stoop. It is not symmetrical with the door, roughly 6 inches further on the left (hard to tell with the angle of the photo). The second is his attempt to fix it and perform what we agreed upon (after several weeks of waiting and not fulfilling agreed deadlines). He stated that color was added, clearly anyone can recognize this is not true. Not only that but it does not match the brown color of the patio the least bit and looks not only uneven but unfinished. The third photo is of the patios color (and it isn't wet/rained on). We requested a brown/tan color with a broadcast. Claiming to use a different product was the reasoning to why this turned out so poorly. Peoples comments that have come by and seen this patio" it looks diseased", "what's wrong with your patio", "you paid for that?!", are just a few, so clearly I'm in the majority to think this is poor. Side note: I've worked in customer service my entire life. I by no means am out to get anyone. I've already been harassed by the owner to take this down. I want others to understand the quality of work that they potentially could be getting into and to spend their dollars on someone that will not only respect them as a customer but also go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
