I noticed his employee Shawn blowing leaves over my fence into MY backyard that I had previously spent countless days on cleaning up with my OWN hard work. After waiting to see if they would do the professional and RIGHT thing, (knock on my door and ask if they could remove them), I noticed them packing up and getting ready to leave. My wife decided to take it upon herself and confront Jordan and ask him if he would remove them. After a short conversion about it, he asked his employee, Shawn if he blew leaves over the fence and Jordan and him both denied it (even though I watched him do it through the basement window and have it recorded on my house camera. As an entrepreneur and the owner of a company, you'd think someone would at least attempt to do better.

BEWARE - Clayton Jessick goes around Kansas City area bidding on asphalt crack fill and seal jobs…read moreand then doesn't perform! Also known as "Clayton Jessick Asphalt". I had him bid two business parking lots that I own. We walked around both parking lots and he assured me they would put crack filler/sealer over all cracks before they mopped on asphalt sealer over the whole parking lot. Since I know a lot of people in this business are sketchy I made sure to reach a clear understanding what I expected because I've had guys claim in the past that cracks I had expected to be filled/sealed were too small. He texted me after he completed the jobs so he could get the rest of his money. I went to look and could easily see that only about 1/4 of the cracks were sealed that we had discussed. I pointed this out to him and he apologized admitting his guys hadn't done a good job with that (even though he was right there doing it with them) and that they had run out of crack sealer and couldn't get anymore today because it was Sunday. He assured me that he would come back in the fall and seal all the cracks and assured me that would be a better way to do it anyway because you want them sealed good before winter. So I went ahead and paid him, knowing it was probably all BS. Sure enough, now it's the end of November. I have been texting Clayton Jessick and initially he claimed I needed to pay for labor to fill cracks and I reminded him I already paid for these cracks to be filled in spring. Then he agreed to "send someone over". Now a couple weeks later he says he can't get any of the crack filler because the plants he gets it from are all closed for the winter but assures me he will come by this spring and do it. Yeah right! Also note that he uses a "cold mix" for mopping asphalt parking lots which is far inferior to the "hot mix" that everyone else uses. You've been warned! Pics attached.
