We called CRAH and the young lady who answered the phone was very informative and helpful as we described Buddy's condition at the time. When we arrived at CRAH we walked through the door and were greeted by a team of professionals. Yes, very professional and on it! I remember someone saying "is this Buddy" the moment we walked in and I hardly made it to the counter when another team member took Buddy from my arms to examine him. I am so thankful for Dr.Wiacek. She listened to our concerns and all our "great cat stories" with compassion and patience to help us make the best decision for Buddy's care.

We have since changed vets, and no meds were needed for the same routine procedures. I believe ongoing training is needed at this clinic, as well as upgraded bedside manners.

Every staff member I have talked to is not knowledgeable about the animals they sell which is ridiculous. They currently are housing two ball pythons together in an enclosure that is barely a 10 gallon. None of the reptiles have anything to climb onto that is high enough for them to bask. The fish tanks are covered in algae and dead fish. All of the saltwater fish especially look pitiful and sickly. If you work at a pet store you should have basic knowledge of animals. I will never shop and support this Petco.

During all that time, we were only ever informed of one incident -- over a year ago -- which was described as a brief "scuffle" while several dogs went through a gate together. We were told there were no injuries, and after a short break, our dog returned to play with no further issues. There were no other incidents that day or at any other time until we were informed of his dismissal when we picked him up at the end of the day. Since his dismissal, we've made multiple attempts to get details about any other incidents and were denied. We even tried to speak directly with the practice owner and veterinarian, but she never responded. This has been extremely disappointing. As responsible pet parents, we wanted to understand what happened so we could address any behavioral issues -- but we were given no opportunity to do so. After years of loyalty to both the clinic and daycare (with as many as three dogs in their care at a time), the lack of transparency and unwillingness to communicate has left us questioning everything. They denied us any chance to correct behavior and keep our relationship as customers, and the practice owner's silence speaks volumes about how little they value long-term clients.
