They consistently deliver accurate diagnoses and manageable treatments. Quality veterinary care does not come inexpensively. But having lived with my pets in Oklahoma, Indiana and Florida, I find this hospital's prices compare quite reasonably. All of them are exemplars of compassion and competence. The staff is also wonderful, and never have any of them been impatient or anything but courteous. Half the year my husband and I live in New Orleans and while my vet at the Cat Practice is lovely, care there is much more expensive. The prices the 85 year old lady quoted are reasonable, expecially considering she wanted her cat that had never been seen before, to get emergency service. You couldn't call a pediatrician off hours to see your child who had never seen him/her before; if it's really an emergency then you take them to the emergency room. Sorry; I'm feeling a bit indignant anyone would demean my beloved vets and staff!

I called my vet (our old vet!) and she was just too busy to even take a peek at him and told us to just take him to the emergency hospital, which was not necessary. Dr. McLean got us in to see her. And scheduled a dental procedure for my dog, which made me so comfortable and he is feeling amazing! She explained everything and took great care of him! He lost 20 teeth due to bacteria...however he is feeling so much better and is like a new puppy!!! Everything happens for a reason! I won't miss that greedy, non-caring " so called Veterinarian" we used to visit faithfully. Good Luck to you! I will definitely share my story! Even after leaving the area, I continue to make the almost 2hr round trip for the top notch care we receive. Too many instances of them going above and beyond to list, but if you love your pets and want them, and yourself to be treated with the utmost regard and respect, this is where you want to be. You won't want to go anywhere else. We didn't :)

He then walked away and made remarks about an attitude problem. He was a rude, arrogant joke. Nicoletti was the name, I won't call him a doctor. Oh yeah, the request was to take her temperature by her ear or armpit. Yeah, real doctor huh. Don't go here, save your time and go to a good vet.

I called to see if they would be able to see her as a new cat sick visit on the same day and I was very pleasantly surprised when they agreed to. Because of Covid I have not yet been able to see the inside or what one of the rooms look like, but the staff is very caring and I've never once been concerned not being with my cat or handing her over to them. The prices are very reasonable and they are able to do a lot on testing right on site so you have answers pretty quickly. I feel like the vets do everything they can to help, but don't go overboard and they don't judge the decisions that you make either. The vets will even answer questions if they are at their other office or in another location. I'm glad I found this place and I would recommend them to another cat owner.
