We booked her for her first stay for Thanksgiving and into the weekend, the boarding process is a simple process, you bring their food and toys and pet bed so they feel more at home give them feeding instructions and give your fur baby some Love before you go, we paid for cuddle time so she got some 1:1 attention, I was nervous leaving her there for so many days but they have cameras you can watch to see them and that makes me more comfortable being able to see my pet. Tracie checked us out and I think she may need a little more training. I bring All Abby's things in a little suitcase and her pillow. This makes it easier for me to bring back and forth as I am disabled with a bad back. Well, Tracie made 3 trips to get all of Abby's things and didn't put them into the suitcase and I had to remind her 3 times what were Abby's things. This made it difficult when I got home for me as I had to schlep all this stuff into the house because if I walk more than 30 steps I am almost falling down and in great pain! Don't get me wrong Tracie is a very sweet girl and wants to help. I only mention this because this is the first time Abby's things were not already packed up and waiting which surprised me! I will always take Abby there because of the GOOD CARE she receives! I have been here several times each time we make an appointment and then we wait over 40 minutes sometimes longer and then we don't even get to speak to a veterinarian. Today as an example. Our puppy needs x rays. We made an appointment at 6:30 in the morning and had us waiting an hour to see someone. Finally we have to say something and the front desk says oh yeah the doctor had an emergency. An emergency would be understandable if you had kept us in the loop and told us literally anything. But they didn't. Each time we come in wanting to speak with a veterinarian we never get to. We get to speak to vet techs. This is ridiculous, and not worth your time. We have decided to not bring any of our animals here again.
