5 stars isn't even enough for this company! I, and my puppies absolutely love them! I have 2 huskies, ages 9 months and 1.5yrs-- both full of energy and jumpy. I was nervous to leave them with someone because it was the very first time ever using a professional pet sitter and I was nervous they would scare somebody who doesn't know how to deal with huskies away with how excited and jumpy they get. When I found All Creatures Pet Sitting, I had a good feeling about them and my intuition was right! They, and Misha and Cecelia were AMAZING! They had pictures and reports after each visit. Super communicative. On time! They made sure they ate and went potty, played with them and tired them out. My babies absolutely loved them. Lindsey was prompt in responding for a request for booking and today they changed my dog's life. My bulldog Churro does not like having his nails trimmed and as a result anywhere we have taken him they can't do much to shorten his nails. They came in and carefully held him so that his nails could be filed down and the results are phenomenal. Churro had nothing but love for them after and I am in shock. At first we used this service to cut our cat's (Leo) nails. We didn't know exactly how to do it and we didn't want to injure him, also he wouldn't let us. They came every other month, were very gentle with him and he would let them. We decided to take a vacation, together. It would be the first time we left him alone for several days. We asked about their pet sitting, it was very reasonable cost, they came twice a day to feed Leo. They cleaned his litter box, played with him, brushed him and made him feel loved. All Creatures Pet Sitting has been wonderful, and our dogs really love their visits. I currently work from home, but we have 3 dogs, one of which is a very energetic husky puppy, Raiden. Alicia makes sure he is worn out and happy and has his lunch as well as take care of our other 2 dogs, Sadie and Matilda. We get a report every day with pictures, and the pups run to see her when she shows up, and they seem very content by the end of the visit. We used them for the first time a year ago when we had a special needs pup that needed to be hand fed and was 13 at the time. I was nervous leaving him, but Alicia took such good care of Nugget and Sadie. Nugget just passed in August, and they sent a beautiful tribute of a tree planting in honor of him. It inspired us to rescue another pup in honor of him. We can't say enough about this company. Wow! All Creatures Pet Services is AMAZING! We have a senior diabetic husky and two cats and they absolutely Love Lyndsy. She has watched our furbabies twice now and takes fantastic care of them. It has been so nice being able to plan our vacations and know we can hire All Creatures Pet Services to watch them while we are gone. Our husky Scarlet can be a picky eater and Lyndsy is so patient and gets her to eat amazingly- even if she has to hand feed her. Lyndsy also administers Scarlet's insulin twice a day and has the quickest best technique that Scarlet doesn't even notice when getting the injection. I can't recommend All Creatures Pet Services enough and will be using them anytime I am out of town. In addition with each visit they send a full detailed report with pictures on how each animal is doing, which I love the updates. I can't fail to mention Mckenzie also, she is awesome as well and our fur babies love her too. I am very disappointed in this company and wouldn't recommend using them if you really love your pets. 45-minute pet visits turn into them sitting on your couch and watching your TV instead of taking care of your animals not to mention just not showing up at all when you scheduled an appointment for a full day service for your pets and some of those pets being on timed medication. My four dogs were left home a whole day by themselves with no medication, very little water, and no food or outside breaks for the whole day. I wasn't due to be home until 8 or 9 p.m. that evening thank goodness I got home earlier than that. Just very poor judgment on this company's part along with just not caring what animals are going through when someone's paying for service, not to mension they posted pictures of my dogs on their website without my permission.
