Adding to my original review as Lisa again took phenomenal care of my girl! I was gone for several weeks and my kitty could not have gotten better care. Lisa sent many pictures and videos. I could see just how happy my cat was. I could see her grooming herself and running around. I could hear her purring and meowing. Lisa has the right balance of love and play that my cat needs. She even thought to put out a few of my worn clothes to comfort my cat while I was gone. She hid treats for her all over to keep her busy looking for them. I asked Lisa for behavior training advice and she came over for a visit before I left, and her suggestions have made a huge difference. My cat has no more issues. At that visit she gifted my cat the best toy ever (da-bird), feathers on a long thin string wand. It is her favorite new toy. Lisa advised to put it away and bring it out for playtime and my cat cries for it when it's time. I have never seen her so focused on catching a prey as with this toy. It's the best. I can go on any trip anywhere for any length of time and I know I have Lisa to love my sweet girl as much as I do. I am hesitant to write this review, because I don't want everyone knowing how amazing Lisa is out of fear that she will be way too busy for my little guys! But I have to be honest and say that Lisa is truly amazing! We went out of town last weekend and were nervous to leave our puppy Jack for the first time. She also was flexible with the type of plan that she offers to ensure the best possible fit for the owner and pet. I must mention that Jack is a 4 month old goldendoodle who is a big boy and quite the handful! We came home to a happy boy and it looked as if the house was left completely undisturbed! Amazing! Lisa had left us a sweet card and log notes for every visit that she had with Jack. It made me feel like I did not miss out on as much and put me at ease that he was in good hands. I also received daily texts and pics from Lisa which I had asked for. I would recommend Lisa to anyone that truly loves their pets. Lisa does a fantastic job at making your pets comfortable and happy and at the same time putting their owners at ease. If you want quiet time away from home without worrying about your pet, Lisa can do that. If you want constant updates after every visit with your pet, Lisa can do that. She administers medicines to your pet, walks your dog, gives them daily TLC and treats. She will even pick up poop! But most importantly, she loves your pet as if it were your own. Lisa is amazing. We got stuck out of town for 45 days during this whole Pandemic craziness. She added us to her schedule each week as we had to stay away longer and longer. She took great care of our FurBaby the entire time. Signing up was easy, personal visit followed up by a website where you can give her all the details on your pets so she knows their quirks and likes and dislikes. I have a little 3 year old shih-tzu named Sushi that Lisa took amaaaaazing care of. If my dog could speak I know she would say how much she loves Lisa. The only reason I can't use Lisa is because I moved. Lisa would come over to visit Sushi in the middle of the day while I was at work - she would text me pictures of Sushi and let me know how she was, and what they were up to. It was the best to be in the middle of a work day and get texts about them being at the park or going for a walk. Lisa also leaves a daily report card about how they acted, what they ate, if they went for a walk, etc. - it was so nice to read that when I came home at night. Lisa came over to do a meet and greet with Sushi before we signed up with her, it was like watching a dog whisperer... Sushi was putty in her hands, it was so cute. I can't recommend Lisa strong enough. My regular dog walker, Mary from Mary's Crate Escape, was on vacation and Lisa was filling in for just 4 days. Day 2 at 5pm I called her and said I was going to the Emergency Room and expected to be admitted to the Hospital. She was willing to due whatever I wanted. I asked her if she could walk my 2 dogs 3 times daily instead of once, No problem she said. She also offered to help me take them to a dog boarder she knows. I decided they would do better at home and I just didn't have time to fool around with someone I had never. By 10pm she was at my place for their bedtime walk. Lisa was only filling in for four days so all I was expecting was my house to be standing and my dogs to be alive. 3 days later when I got home my dogs were happy and tired, my house was clean. Coco and Gigi absolutely loooove Lisa! They are so picky and only close to a few people so it is really hard to find some one to take care of them when I take a trip. Our dogs, which are chihuahuas and pretty much hate everyone else by nature, treated Lisa the same as everyone else. Lisa was very patient and took the time to allow the doggies to calm down and approach her on their own. Within half an hour they were eating out of her hand, tails wagging their entire little bodies! Don't know why it's taken so long to write this review for All About Love Pet Care and it's owner Lisa - pure selfishness I guess! My Plumhead parrot Rafael and I don't want to share her!! We have worked with Lisa for the entire 3 yrs we've been in the Summerlin area. I travel often for business and she has been my bird's true second mom for all these 3 yrs. Lisa is professional, trustworthy and so honest. She'll text me to say she's running late due to having to spend extra time giving pet meds, or some equally caring reason, and how would I ever know-I'm in LA!! Lol. I get a daily report card, a couple txts and a picture or video each evening helping to ease my guilt of leaving my little green buddy alone. My Rafael loves his Miss Lisa, being a shy breed, he is totally comfortable flying to her shoulder and hanging out while she prepares his snacks and freshens his water dish. I sometimes think he might enjoy her company more than mine-haha! If something is not right at the house-she's on top of it in letting me know. I've had 4 or 5 petsitters in Boston, Phoenix since becoming a road warrior and have been fortunate to have had some good, trustworthy ones, but Lisa by far exceeds all -she truly loves animals, has a real rapport with them, is involved in many rescue efforts and a true all around friend to animals.
