To make things worse, they didn't shower or blow-dry my dog after the haircut, leaving loose fur everywhere. My car was covered in hair, and I had to bathe my dog again as soon as I got home. When I called to express my concerns, they simply told me they don't cut dog hair very short and that they only bathe dogs before the haircut. Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there.
