He walked us through the whole process, what we needed for what we wanted to do, how to use the equipment and helped load it into the car and strap it down. We needed our large patio water feature area cleaned up of grasses, weeds, put down bark. First…read morething we had to give them half $ down. It was two months before they even showed up. They finished in two days! Most of the natural bunch grass still remains. the back side of water feature was un touched, a lot of visible weeds remained. They covered under ground sprinklers with felt and topped with bark. Our sand box area for kids was filled with bark. The bark they used stains your clothes, hands if touched. They sawed down two trees and left the branches for us to haul off. When we made an appointment to discuss the problems they never showed up or called back. This is a beautiful area and needed some TLC and now we are very disappointed that it looks worse they when they started. We are now faced with removing everything they did and starting over. It was $6000 wasted!!!
