I had the worst experience working with Peter Parker. I was a tenant in a home that went through a short sale. The owner of my home left it up to Peter to work with me through the sale process, until the home was actually sold. Here's the summary of my experience with him: 1. Lists the house without telling me. I find out when random people start popping up asking questions. 2. One of the people who came over to look at the listed house (no for sale sign in front) asked a lot of questions, I ended up talking to him for about an hour. Based on that conversation he put in a blind offer to buy the home. 3. Week later we scheduled an open house from 1-3, except Peter scheduled it on the MLS listing from 2-4 and didn't tell me. I skipped a yoga workshop I prepaid for to accommodate him and to this day has no idea he mis-scheduled it with me and left me sitting for over an hour, all to find out he never needed me to be there to begin with. He tells me at that time the guy I spoke to a week before has put in a blind offer without seeing the house. He says we'll know what the bank decides in a week or two and he'd let me know. 4. Next time I heard from him it was to see if I could make my home available to a potential buyer in the next 4 hours...at 1pm on a Friday, I'm at work so no that's not reasonable. No word on whether the bank took the first offer. 5. 2 and half months pass, I don't hear anything until I get a voicemail and a text at 8:50pm on a Friday night asking to make the house available the next day at 1pm for an Inspection. And oh by the way, the bank took that blind offer so things will move fast now. This is the 2nd time (and will happen 3-4 more times by the end of the process) where Peter attempts to give me 4 hours notice to vacate the premise for an inspection of some sort. 6. During the inspection I learn from the buyer that the bank accepted the offer months before and escrow is closing in 3 weeks. The entire room is horrified to learn that Peter failed to tell me and that's why nothing is packed in my house. 7. I have to ask Peter when is escrow closing, when am I supposed to be out of this house. He confirms May 6th (3 weeks out). 8. I get a text at 6:45am asking if the house is available that day for an inspection. In what world is it acceptable to contact people at 6:45am?! 9. Someone entered my home, the last day it was in my possession, while I was away. Maybe he'll be more professional if you're buying a home from him or allowing him to represent you in selling yours. Maybe if he's going to make money off of you he'll treat you with respect...for me, there was no value in building a relationship so he treated me like a squatter when I wasn't. And dumb move on his part because I am in the market to buy. read more

There were errors in our home warranty purchase that cost us additional funds to get the coverage we had requested; and many other missteps. The final blow was that we had to call the Title Company to pursue the final release of funds from the buyers for the deposit held in escrow until we vacated the home (we had 21 days to move after close). I would never ever recommend you use Peter Parker's services. He is the most dishonest, unethical person I have ever encountered! He pulled a sneaky and underhanded stunt on us when our house was just about to close and cost us a ton more money at the last minute that was completely unnecessary. We had passed the home inspection, spending nearly 6K to fix every single thing and more. Then, a day before the closing, Peter went in the house and went to each of the 4 sinks in the house and fiddled with the valves under the sinks and did something to them to make every one of them leak, causing us to have to have a plumber come in at the last minute and replace all the under sink plumbing so we would not miss the closing date. This cost us an unnecessary additional $500, because of his devious, unscrupulous and shameful shenanigans. He is one shady character! I would never hire this man for this very reason! read more
