This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

I purchased two C to C phone cables from this business four days ago. I ended up not needing them…read moreand came back two days later with my receipt to return them. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. In case you are tired of going to the post office and waiting in long lines, you could always just stop by the UPS Store. He also looked at my phone camera and fixed it without charge (needed a soft reset). I went back two weeks later and Osiris helped me out again by looking at my phone. I tried to fix my phone myself by buying a screen off Amazon. For some reason the phone didn't turn on after I tried to fix it myself, but Osiris took a look at it and fixed it for me free of charge. He will diagnose your phone first free of charge and then let you know if it's fixable or not and will tell you the price up front; no hidden charges or extra fees later on. I will keep going back here in the future for any phone related issues.

He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too.
