The manager approached looked up the notes and told me I didn't qualify for the promotions I was getting. He asked me to call customer serve since he couldn't be bothered to call and find out why! We left although he apologied that the store and customer service was different I don't tolerate rudeness. We headed to the Calloway store greater with the best customer service and a smooth transaction.... I would like to thank the manger for his service as I value my military, but don't tolerate the rudeness that came with it ....do better California T-Mobile .

Girl with pokemon nails barely looked at my phone, just gave me her tablet and made me fill out the online Assurant insurance form. I did so and towards the end it showed a balance of ~$100 if i got approved. Got the email today of the approval but it says phone upgrade, I did not want an upgrade I just wanted an equal replacement. The link on the email i got didnt even work, so i headed over to the California branch and doors were locked past 11am, sat in my car for a bit to see if they would open it but they didn't so I went to the location on Ming. I was unable to reverse the Upgraded insurance claim, and I had to pay the ~$100 difference. The girl at the California location did not inform me about anything, did not look at my phone at all, just gave me a form I could've done at home with the WRONG information. Incredibly frustrated. Wasted my time and the other t-mobile representative who used his personal phone to let me call Assurant to figure out what the hell I signed up for and what kind of "upgrade" I got, which seems to be just the exact same phone I'm trying to replace. It's obvious this locations workers don't care at all.

I received a quote immediately (much lower than my Spectrum charges), selected the type of phone I wanted and was pleased to find that my current phone numbers could be transferred to my new phone even though I was no longer in the same area code. Nick was always reachable to explain how to accomplish tasks and acquaint me with the phone features. As a bonus if I take my phone with me when I travel I can plug into the internet and make and receive calls as if I was in my office.
