The Photo Guys have been taking my daughter's pictures since she was in Pre-K. I am always in love with every picture they take!

Was told we had to book our child's senior picture with them , mind you I wanted a cap and gown picture and was willing to upgrade and pay for it but their site wouldn't let you. I had to purchase a plan for $280 dollars to be able to get my child's picture in the yearbook. That was a mix up to start the process and they did fix that issue. But after they took their pictures on a Thursday was told 24 hours and I'd be able to view the pictures, w24 hours passed I called and was told they were still editing them and should be Friday by 5pm. Friday came and gone so Monday I called and was told there was an error and her file wasn't downloaded on and they need to check the laptop they were on, but it maybe out for the day taking staff photos. I emailed them a Copy of the pictures I had from the shoot because they wanted to know what they were wearing to help locate them l. I get a call back an hour later to tell me the laptop is out of the office but the pictures are on the laptop And it should be about a week before I can view my child's pictures. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with them . They are more expensive and under deliver. God I hope my other children's senior pictures are not with the photo guys and are with life touch or another photographer in town because this was a horrible experience and it just sets the year off for my senior. At this point, I don't even know if I'll get to ever see your senior pictures. read more

My son is graduating high school this year and his senior photos were at the Photo Guys! The Photo Guys is located at Cheyenne/215, near Summerlin. It's in a private plaza with ample amount of parking spots. Our photo reservation was on a Friday at 1:10 P.M. We had arrived a little bit early, around 12:40! When we walked inside The Photo Guys, we were greeted by the a team member at the front desk. He provided us with a code in order for us to look up his senior photos online. While waiting, there were several seating areas available in the lobby area. The Photo Guys ended up taking us early, by about 20 minutes! The picture process was seamless. They took a few photos with the year 2025 and different poses. It was a lot of fun! We had received the photos online in about 24 hours! The photos were amazing! The senior photo package was expensive though. We ended up getting a few frames and all of the photos with a digital copy. We had such an amazing experience at The Photo Guys. Our family would come back here again for photos. read more

We had such a wonderful experience here for my daughter's senior photos. Kjersten and Danny were professional , kind, and attentive. They are not only talented but so much fun to work with. They kept the energy light and upbeat making the whole session enjoyable. You can tell they truly love what they do. Terrible customer service. In person and via phone. I received a text today for "free shipping" (see attached photo). The free shipping does not state to home or to school. I go to place an order and it continues to charge the +$6 for shipping to me. It says shipping to school is free. If you ordered photos in the first place shipping to the school was already free. I call. The gal says it's free shipping to the school. I tell her that's not what the text message says (see attached photo). She said ya sorry I'll tell my boss to reword it. Well. They're advertising free shipping but won't honor it. I explain to her that shipping to the school was always free. She replied with if it's within 7 days or picture day. My son's pictures were taken longer than 7 days ago. She argued (interrupted) the 18th. I had to explain to her that was retake day. My sons did not participate in that day. He was on the original photo date. Long story long. What a terrible business motto for one. Two they don't care about the mistakes they make. 1 star for false advertising and chopping it up to a whole bouquet of whoopsie daisies. The little dude taking pictures couldn't handle my daughter having mental issues tied to her medical issues was in full blown panic attack and he tried to have me leave unprofessional af. Not only did they not understand but when I asked what would you do if she started having a seizure which she does suffer from they said we watch her and call 911 so she be dead since you want the father to leave way to go with that one. This place makes low quality pictures with low quality customer service and is way over booked to tend to children with special needs. I had my photo taken by the Photo Guys on 1/30/26 and it was a Mexican (maybe White) lady with glasses who was taking my photo and she would touch my hair without consent to get the photo, tell me to stand with ridiculous poses, and when I asked to see my photo she said no. She was an incredibly disrespectful lady. There were so many other things she could have said to make herself sound much more cordial. Next time hire someone who's better. read more

The Photo Guys were at our school taking pictures this week. Today my daughter's picture was taken and it wasn't her favorite picture ever. I went and talked to them during my lunch break and even though they were on their lunch as well Shawn and Jaden agreed to re-take her picture. They were so kind and made sure that she was happy with the picture before printing her ID. I really appreciated the extra effort they made. I have had previous experiences where the photographer made a very big deal about a re-take and was actually quite rude. I hope that Shawn and Jaden are there for our sports picture days for the rest of the year, they actually care about the pictures they are taking. read more

I wanted to place an order of about $150 between various Christmas shop items they offered. My kids go to two different schools and I called to ask how we can merge the order in one package because I don't want to spend money on shipping twice. The answer was that this is impossible. I asked if it was better to lose the business vs. accommodating this request, and they were polite but still said they couldn't do that. I would think that it is better to not loose the business you are offering them vs. trying to help me figure out such a reasonable request. read more

Let me start by saying the kids running the studio were nice. However, the repetitive use of "Big smile!" and "Show some teeth!" needs to stop. My son has facial paralysis and both are impossible. People know how to smile for photos, and how they want to smile for photos, just stop. The photographer took it upon herself to choose my son's yearbook photo while we were standing there. When I asked her why he couldn't choose, she said, "Oh yeah, he can choose." Of course, he didn't like what she chose and he chose one he thought he looked good in. The online photos are so ridiculously embedded with the company logo that they are hard to see. The sitting fee was $40 for 20 minutes, then another $20 because he wanted a second change of clothes. Lastly, one photo download - ONE - is $75. Hire a true professional photographer, do not go to this studio. Or better yet, take photos with your iPhone. read more

Horrible company, need to find alternative. Let me start off by them not sending reminders, and when I emailed them to reschedule, they sent me the link to a place that didn't exist. When I emailed them again, they sent me a link that all the "spots" were full. When I emailed about that, they never responded. Its been over a week with no reply. What a joke. Don't like that my daughters school switched to this company. It is one of the WORST companies EVER. My daughter missed Kindergarten Graduate picture day so I booked a 30 min graduate session with this company directly for $35. On the last day of school my kid was given their graduation award minus the FREE PHOTO she would had received had she been at school on picture day. So now I'm here at the photo place, which I paid $35 to book and their telling me I have to PAY for the photo that all other students received free. Stupid. I now have to pay for the session and photo that came free to being with. I would have been better off just printing one of the pictures I took at her graduation. Will definitely not be using this company nor buying anymore photos in the years to come. The only thing that granted them 2 stars is that the guys actually DOING the photo shoot was engaging. My kids school uses this company and I'm tired of them every picture day. They take six weeks to deliver pictures my daughter in pre-K uses Dorian photography and her pictures come within two weeks of her taking her photos while I'm still sitting here waiting for the rest of my kids to get their pictures and every time I call they say the same thing, they tell me that the pictures are out for delivery and that they should be passed out the next day. After reading the other ratings here I realize I am likely wasting my time since it's clear this is a terrible company but I'll share anyway. Ordered school pictures for my daughter, waited over a month to receive them, and when I did they had spelled her name wrong. Reviewed the confirmation and confirmed I had spelled it right when I ordered, their mistake. They tell me I have to come to their office and bring the pictures in order for them to reprint. I tell them their office is on the other side of town from me and they say OK just mail them and then we'll mail you new ones. They refuse to reprint without the old ones, even though it was their error and I won't get them before the holidays. They don't care. Terrible customer service which is very sad considering the business they are in. read more

We thought they would have picked up on the feedback and improved over the last 3 or 4 years of providing our school pictures - but apparently the results of this past week proved otherwise. Very disappointed, again, school pictures were rushed and seemed to be done without any effort to make sure the subject "look their best" before shooting...we have no other choice if we want a memory of our child's last year at elementary - so we have to buy whatever images they offer. The only positive is that won't have to deal with them again...hopefully not for middle school, anyway. We understand they have a few hundred kids to shoot; but at least take a few seconds to make that child presentable before taking the shot. I've worked school shoots and know it's hectic and time is a major factor, but it appears that they just found anyone that could hold and point a camera...the finished product will attest to that...!!! read more

For whatever reason our school now uses the photo guys. 1. The only took backgrounds with blue backgrounds. No seasons no pattern nothing. Ok fine. 2. There is no good zoom on cellphones. Only slightly better on PC. So can't really see if retouching is Necessary 3. Yes the only option is online ordering. No real proofs. 4. The checkout system is awful. It freezes. You refresh, you start over. You call them and they will hurriedly take your money. No editing. 5. Guess what if you have multiple children or multiple orders from different days you have to do separate orders Even over the phone. So you have to repeat your info over and over. 6. We paid for photos they were suppose to deliver to the school. We called to find out what happened to the photos. They found the photos and told us to go pick them up. Its your fault they didnt get delivered to the school and they will not deliver nor will they send via mail without charging us. The service isnfor the photos and delivered to the school or we wouldnt have ordered them. Your mistake and you wont deliver to the school. Smh terrible customer service read more

The quality of the pictures went down hill. The photo guys were good before, there were 3- 4 different poses to select from, and corrected anything before taking the picture. That was about 4 years ago. It's disappointing all of that went away. read more

These people are so unprofessional. I emailed them not once but twice and they couldn't take the time to email me back. It's unfortunate that so many schools use them. Our most recent experience with them was by far the worst. The photos they took were complete trash. I only selected one star cause I couldn't pick a ZERO! They over charged me for pictures, their website crashed while I was submitting payment and double charged me. I thought, ok no big deal they will fix it since it wasn't my fault, WRONG! they come up with an excuse that since they sent me a "digital picture" to my email they can't refund me the money after I had to re-select all the pictures and re submit for payment, so it's MY fault their website crashed!! They charged me 120 bucks for some 15 pictures that I could of probably taken with my iPhone and get better results and then when I spoke to their "manager" she couldn't refund me money for pictures I just had ordered online and never got?!? What a bunch of rip offs. Never would get anything from them again! I bet they do that often to take peoples hard earned money and "can't" refund them back! read more

This is who my daughter's school goes through for their pictures, so unfortunately I have to order through them. But their customer service and business ethics are awful. I ordered a digital copy of her school picture for $25... $25 for ONE digital picture. I didn't realize when I ordered it that you could choose the background color, so I unknowingly just got the first background choice that came up, which I REALLY did not like. Once I realized that we could have chosen their background, I emailed them to see if I could get the same picture with a different background that I liked. They took forever to get back to me, I had to keep emailing them. Once they finally got back to me, they said they couldn't because of "policies." What garbage. They could have easily sent me another picture, especially for the price I paid! Not a great way to run business. But I guess when they have such large accounts such as schools, they don't care about the actual individuals who are paying! read more

So my son is in his senior year in highschool, plays football & this company has been hired to do the sports photos for the school. The boys said the photo taking was much better & the photos turned out great (no actual prints yet) buuuut the ones I picked from online are great vs. the typical snap & next type of thing. But of course I lost track of time & forgot to order until the last day to get free shipping. Of course there was a problem with the system, I called & spoke to a very kind Amanda, she fixed it & I began processing my order with my cc & address & mailing address info, the site yet again wouldn't let me complete the order. So I call back & get a Shelly & I kindly asked her if they do not mail to PO Box's & she said why wouldn't we (snippy). I kindly let her know the website wouldn't allow me to process my order & wasnt sure if it was due to my mailing address being a po box. Shelly got really annoyed & said ummm we don't even mail you the photos, they go to the school!! Ok, still a problem with ordering, she took my name & number & never called back, 2 days later I called & left a message on the answering machine & Amanda called back & left me a voicemail the next morning letting me know the site is working again & I can go ahead & finish ordering. Well there was no time stated that I needed to order by to get the free shipping, I got busy & today I remembered, gotta order those pictures... of course they want shipping I yet again call & speak to Amanda in which is extremely kind & she said unfortunately they cant waive the shipping fees but if I wait till November when they take winter photos I can get free shipping again. A small note, I'm ordering over $100 worth of pictures, large package plus special pieces & still not willing to waive the shipping. I'm not the only one, the coaches are heavily annoyed with the inconvenience of this place. Plus the sad part when whomever spoke to the coach about the photos & such before taking them they lied about how if parents didnt want to purchase pictures from them all the photos would be put on 1 disc to print what we wanted in our own sizes. I was ecstatic because I have family members that all want multiple photos in different sizes. But nope, you have to pay for each photo individually $25/each & you cant get the team photo that way either. This company needs major help on customer service. I took my daughter in for replacement school photos. The photographer was awesome! Really great photos to choose from. So I ordered some photos and some photo magnets with my daughter's name and the year. When they arrived, her game was spelled wrong and the year was missing. When I called in and asked for replacement photos, the guy was super sweet and told me they would reorder me new photo magnets and they would call when the magnets came in. Up until this point everything was ok. But the phone call for pick up is where everything went sideways. A girl called and said that I had to give them back the magnets that were incorrect, otherwise I couldn't get my replacement magnets. Why did I need to give them back pictures that were of my child and were incorrect? It's not like they could resell the items. The girl insisted that I had to return them or I couldn't get my new magnets. She said it stated that on the receipt. Who keeps receipts from three months ago? And the guy never mentioned that I had to return the wrong ones. I was so frustrated that she couldn't give me a good reason for the return of the wrong items. I will never be using this place again!!!! It was their mistake. Not mine. read more
