I really appreciated how all of the staff take the time to communicate clearly and quickly via email prior to any bookings. Be sure to look out for certain discounts as well. For example, teachers and military get excellent deals - reach out to their studio email via their website. I just attended a private last week, and it was my first exercise class post-baby. I was a bit nervous considering my athletic ability, flexibility, and core strength were all so different than pre-baby. However, Hailey was equal parts encouraging, reassuring, and proactive. I felt accomplished by the end of the class, and the time went by extremely quickly. The exercise classes have something for everyone: there's a 101 for fundamentals, an athletic reformer class, a cardio reformer class, among several others. I can't imagine you would get bored any time soon should you choose to get a class package. Many of the class packages also come with guest passes, so you can take a friend. Parking near the complex is excellent: there's a huge private lot for the building behind the studio. A major plus for me is that they are so close to Jeni's Ice Cream and Frothy Monkey to name a few. (Possibly a bit dangerous in terms of yummy temptations. Ah well, that's why we go to pilates, haha.) Definitely give them a shot!

This studio is in the heart of Berry Hill, plenty of parking, up in a lofted apartment style space. It was lit with red infrared lights and heated, which was perfect for stress reduction and calm in the evening before bed. A newbie to Pilates practice I had a difficult time keeping up and felt this was for more advanced participants; however, I did not feel exposed so was able to modify and get the most I could out of it. Today was my first visit at NuPower Yoga + Barre via a Class Pass. I was greeted warmly by Ashley…read morewho introduced me to the studio space and helped me get settled. I was blown away by the skill & support of the Align 60 instructor, Leah, she was by far one of the best courses I have ever taken. I felt so connected to my body and aware of parts of myself I ignore so often. I really loved the gentleness and invitations to modify as needed, as well as, having a in classroom support to the instructor to come around and assist with posture, I feel so bad but I have forgotten her name. It was my first time using straps, but thankfully I was supported. All the other classmates were kind and there was enough space for everyone, even though it was pretty full. I failed to take any pictures as I wanted to be present to the moment, but one beautiful offering is a tea station near the restrooms, cubbies to place items, and a lavender cool face towel at the end of class. What a beautiful and inviting experience, excited to return!

You can absolutely tell this brand new beautiful space was completely thought out with meticulous design and a complete fitness/recovery experience in mind! The large group fitness room is beautiful and open and has a good amount of space, instead of a lot of other cramped locations. The private/personal fitness room for one-on-one training seriously has all the goods and would be a dream to use! The lobby has a nice sitting area, super cute merch, and is so spacious! The amazing instructors were giving tours of the space, and I was so happy to see the recovery options! Room one was a large multi-person sauna, Room two with the cold plunge has a shower and sauna area to alternate (so cool)! Room three was for private sessions with cryotherapy, etc! Already counting the days until I'm back here!
