I suffered from an extremely rare autoimmune disease that paralyzed me for a time and regaining myself back and trying to find something that I was capable of doing was extremely difficult until I found Susan and her wonderful group. I went to the water aerobics and today the basic pilates and I cant say enough about it. Susan, herself is awesome and the classes are so great, and the options she offers you if you are unable to do anything makes you feel so amazingly comfortable and relaxed, and excited about the next time you can come. I've been looking so hard and long for this that I cant even explain to anyone how wonderful it is to look forward to going to the next class. I would urge anyone, any age, any type of disability to come to these classes. Susan and the class will give you the extra push you need to look towards a future of excise that will benefit any life.

It often felt like we were bumping into walls or each other, which made it hard to enjoy the session. I took a Mat Pilates class, and it was much hotter than I expected. I understand the studio also offers hot yoga, but I wasn't expecting that level of heat for Pilates. I'd suggest either limiting class sizes or making it clearer which classes are heated. It's affordable, which is a plus, but I'm not sure I'd return.

Lower this, raise this...... not so much…read moretraditional but they don't want you to get hurt and Pilates, if done correctly just gets harder as you get stronger. They start you slow - classes aren't always at a consistent level- I wish they were but new people come along and the teacher is pretty good about helping them and keeping others going too. Classes are good deal. Reformers, chairs, matt classes-- slower and more basic- which is good if you have never had a Pilates class. You learn the micro moves and good form. WIsh they had more aerobic choices. All in all- worth driving East for!

She offered modifications and reminded us to personalize our own experience while still encouraging the class to explore our full effort when appropriate. The studio is tidy, with ample space for each client. I was there for the first day of a plank focus that will be part of classes this month- a great way to create fluidity between classes. In balance is a valuable and cohesive offering that would make anybody, with any schedule, feel a little more aligned.
