Update ! LOVING the remodel & transition from lets sweat to full on Friday mode . I tried both the speakeasy spin and the new infrared Pilates and absolutely enjoyed both classes . The new infrared room is my favorite ! Heat junkie heaven . The moody lighting , acoustics , cushy mats ( love that I don't have lug a mat around ) and infrared heat were awesome . Their team always greets you with a smile and hello when you walk through the door and they create a friendly and uplifting environment with different fitness challenges and events. I wanted to try something new. I love the concept of cycling followed up with weights. I purchased the starter package for 2 classes at a great deal of 30. I think this deal was a steal. Environment was clean and well organized. You don't have to bring cycling shoes because of the type of bikes that they have. This is a plus. There are restrooms available as well as equipment that can be rented. I spent 45 minutes on the bike and that was tough. My only issue was the instructor said a few condescending remarks that came across wrong for a newbie like myself. It didn't make me feel welcomed so I let my class pass expire. It's such a dope place but my experience was enough to make me go somewhere else for cycling. read more

This place was honestly just wonderful. I went to a spin and stretch class last night and walked out feeling so refreshed. The spin class was tough but in a good way - it was well cued so you knew what to expect for each phase and the instructor was motivating but not over the top. It was a super approachable workout. Whoever thought of adding a 30 min yoga class as the second half of this is genius. The idea of a slower, super stretchy calming yoga session after an intense ride is so nice. It was exactly the right balance. The staff was all so kind and welcoming too, noticably so. I loved the vibe and the options here - even though it's a bit of a drive, I'm definitely excited to become a regular! read more

Dropped in for a Friday class last minute after i realized my old place closed and it was super fun! They were so helpful, inclusive, great energy in the class and the building is so clean! Honestly prices are very reasonable I think and they have a new member special right now so if you're looking to try I would definitely check it out! I'd love to try a hip hop theme class or something! read more

Spent this past winter attending Let's Sweat classes. What a great space with excellent staff and instructors. Generally always had space available for a class if I booked at least three days in advance. Even getting on the waitlist I rarely had a class I wasn't added to. Prices are incredibly fair if you go regularly and get a membership. Will definitely be a regular member. Such a great resource close to downtown. read more

Love love love LS! Small, boutique gym. The employees are friendly and make an effort to learn your name. I appreciate them greeting me by name when I walk through the doors. My favorite class is "Spin & Yin", followed by "Spin & Strength". Soleil, Nicole, Eva, and Molly are my favorite instructors, but you can't go wrong taking another Instructor's class. I took advantage of their intro pass of three classes for $33 and I'm so glad I did. These group classes are SO fun. It's an intimate environment with a great facility. I especially loved their cycle + strength class, really kicked my booty! The instructors were great and gave lots of options to help if you're a beginner or looking for more of a challenge, which is so inclusive. Everyone in the class seemed to be on their own personal journey and super friendly, so it seems to be a great atmosphere. I'll be back! read more

I came to Tucson for a few weeks for the holiday, thought I should check out a gym to avoid the extra lbs and found Let's Sweat. It's such a great gym! It has a community feel to it, friendly people, awesome work outs andddd I heard it's a female owned business! I feel like 90% of the classes are spin but most of them have some sort of strength workout built into the end which is nice way to switch it up a bit. It's located on the corner of 6th and 6th. It has a parking lot connected to it and plenty of street parking too. The main wall is basically all windows that light up the room so it feels like you're working out outside but without the sunburn. They leave the two sides doors open so you get air (Covid perk). Highly recommend giving this place a try! read more

Grateful to have found this place during Covid when classes were held outside. The spin and strength classes are a nice balance. The instructors are really good, especially Nicole and Soleil who will actually fix your form if it's bad. The environment is friendly. Let's Sweat, the name gets to the point - y'all are gonna sweat if you take a class here. I am a big fan of their yoga annex and spin + strength classes! Their instructors are kind, the playlists are killer, and the classes are just the right amount of challenging. You'll be able to take their classes at any modification that works best for you, and trust - you'll be sore the next day. The building itself is extremely amazing, the amount of natural light, the way they decorate (and not to mention how dang clean it is), and the overall set up make it much cooler than your average gym or studio experience. I am also a huge fan of their adorable merch, and can't wait to add their cute stickers onto my Hydro Flask. Can't wait to catch a class again soon! Soleil + her staff are truly joys to be around, and a great addition to our Tucson community! Looking for a place to work out in a group environment that pushes you to be your best? Try Let's Sweat. I'm new to Tucson from Denver and I've been looking for a place to call my new gym for almost half a year. Without sounding like too much of a snob, Denver has an incredible amount of quality gyms (probably a reflection that CO is the "fittest" state). When I came to Tucson my options looked bleak, but Let's Sweat is the oasis in the gym desert of Tucson. The concept is simple. Your instructor leads you through spin for (about) 30 mins, strength for (about) 30 mins. I've been a handful of times now and the workout is never the same. I'm new to cycling and every day is a different and exciting new challenge. Your instructor has songs perfectly timed to the spin portion and if there's anything that motivates me it's Beyoncé belting out "Who run da world-GIRLS." The strength portion also varies--we have utilized TRX, body weight strength exercises, bands, ab dolly, flexibility and more. For those who have tried Orange Theory, this may sound similar (swap bike for treadmill), but to me Let's Sweat is much more motivating and fun, it's something about the music and the environment and the instructors. For every(body). Let's Sweat has done an incredible job at being able to cater to the needs of each individual. I recently had knee surgery and I'm unable to do some of the things in class, the instructors give many options for variations of moves in the spin and strength portion--without even asking. They have variations to make the workout harder for those needing and extra push and to ease it up for those having a hard time. Pricing. LS is extremely flexible with how they price their classes. You can join 4,8 or unlimited monthly or do a punch pass. I travel extensively for work and a monthly membership isn't the best option for me so I applaud LS for being so flexible with their members. Location, location, location. LS is perfectly located downtown for those who have yet to migrate to the suburban sprawl of Marana or Oro Valley. It's a hip, vibrant and fun area that is perfect for a unique and upbeat place to burn off last nights wine. I'm in love with Let's Sweat and I hope you give them a try! read more

This is an excellent studio. I really enjoy the 6am workouts because it's spin and strength. You do 20-30 mins of spin and then the rest on the floor sort of like HIIT workouts. I'm a huge fan of this studio and will continue to go! Membership is $115 for unlimited or you can do 10 packs. I have to write a review on the amazing yoga studio connected to Let's Sweat - the Yoga Annex! This recently opened and I'm such a fan. I've found most yoga studios to be too serious and this one is the perfect combo for someone looking to work-out and practice mindfulness in the form of yoga. The lights change as the practice moves along and same with the music. I've take classes with Hailey, Gabriela and Chelsea who were all amazing and each have different styles. Hailey has seriously kicked my butt and has pushed me to stretch more at home so I can keep up. Have to recommend this studio for anyone looking for a fun work-out. I'd all but given up on gym memberships after an awful experience trying to get out of a contract at a not-so-local place in town. Plus running is free... But after a serious workout rut, I decided to give Let's Sweat a try. Man am I glad I did. Because here's the thing, working out is way more fun in a group. When you're all sweating together, it's easier to get through when you want to quit. Plus it's nice to have someone telling you what to do in this instance. And those people telling you what to do, the instructors at Let's Sweat, are great. Each is different, which means there's something for everyone. The classes are all challenging, but each instructor puts their own 'spin' on things -- from Julie's themed playlists to Nicole's early-morning jokes, Lauren's motivational intros to Brittany singing along to the tracks. And Let's Sweat feels like a real community. The staff knows just about every one by name, and everyone is so welcoming. There are fun challenges and tons of ways to keep you motivated. If you want a place to pay a monthly fee without results, Let's Sweat is not for you. But if you want an encouraging and challenging place to see really change and get a killer workout, it definitely is! read more

I had ended my membership at another gym because of the pandemic and was really itching to be active in a motivating space. I read that spin classes were being held outdoors to ensure everyone's safety so I thought I would give it a try. It was hard!!! But I loved it! Since February, I have been attending mostly spin + strength classes and a few yoga classes. All of them have been quality physical experiences. Hands down my favorite workout studio in Tucson so far...and I have tried about 9 places so far in my 3 months year. I am somewhat of a workout class fiend because I find being motivated by the instructor as well as a group of other people is my favorite way to work out. First of all, the studio space is GORGEOUS. It is right in the "historic hardware" district a few blocks from downtown. The front of the studio is floor to ceiling glass windows with numerous free weights stationed along the perimeter of the space. There are two rows of TRX straps in the center of the room for TRX classes or they can be incorporated into other strength classes. AND THEN! They have a spin room adjacent to the strength room with about 20-30 bikes (anyone can correct me here). Secondly and most importantly, the amazing group of people who run the Studio. Every time Ive gone to class there, the moment I step through the door, I was immediately greeted by Soleil, the owner of the studio and always felt welcomed and invited. Then there are the instructors: I've taken classes with Lauren, Nicole and Brittany and I'm guaranteed that I would be sweating up a storm and sore the next 2 days after classes with them! And the best part is that the classes each class is planned out differently each time--no two spin/strength classes are the same thanks to these instructors that keep coming up with different routines every time! :D Lastly, this studio is heavily involved in the local Tucson community. They continually invite local vendors or team up with local business owners to put on community events at least once a month. I'm so happy to have found Let's Sweat! read more

So fantastic to see fitness classes for the masses near downtown! The studio is perfect sized for what they do. There's an area for cycling and an area for weights/TRX. The close quarters in the weights area means the instructor can see everyone and correct form. The prices are very reasonable, and you will definitely get your money's worth!
