She said, how Cloths & Items stay in the store for a certain amount of time, before they go to a TB Outlet and sold at a discounted Price. If the tag had Outlet on it, I would have to take it to an Outlet store. So, when I got home, I checked and it did not say "TB Outlet". So, the other day, I took the shirt to the TB Store in Short Pump Mall. I than found out that the shirt I now had was in a TB Outlet store in Williamsburg. However, I could pick another shirt similar. So, I found one, and with the Manager's suggestion, I tried on a couple of others as well, including size. I picked the shirt I liked, and after about 5 min while she did the paperwork, I was on my way. I am extremely Happy in how they had NO questions on exchanging the shirt even though they do not carry it in the store any longer. If you have not been to a Tommy Bahama Store.... it is worth a trip in and check out what they have. I just wish I could afford a full wardrobe of their cloths, and items. They have lots to offer for the Gals as well... and I saw many Senior women shopping in there... Good for them, as I feel as a Senior as well... I work a ton of hours, so the only reason I had time for this was a client cancelled an appointment. But two long T-shirts for $100 dollars???? Insane. I went to my cart, and it didn't calculate the discount. I was on hold for over 10 mins and no one in customer service picked up to tell me how to get the discount. They said they would keep me in "line for the next representative" and they would call me back. That was 5 hours ago. Then the system starting pressuring me that if I don't go back to my cart it will be sold out. I went to another company to buy them. I had been a loyal Soma customer for years. But they stink. What should have taken a couple of minutes didn't happen. Your customer service is awful. If you say you will call back as soon as a representative is available than do it. This whole experience sucked.

I believe there are 3 Taboo stores in Richmond VA. This one happened to be near many Asian restaurants and we were going to eat lunch after shopping here. The interior of this Taboo reminded me of mega adult stores in San Francisco decades ago. There were like 6 rooms (I think) and each room has different stuff to sell. The shelves were fully stocked with stuff. The display of merchandise was very attractive. I felt like browsing at a museum of stuff. There were tons of stuff.
