As I recall Fatburger have two locations in the UK, despite being a large US chain with many stores…read morein the Western part of the USA including California, as well as branches around the world. This location is located basically right next to Wembley Stadium, which is the largest football stadium in the UK, home to the England National Football team, and temporary home to Tottenham Hotspur. Inside, the branch seems to be set out like a typical American burger joint, there isn't a great deal of seating and the Fatburger branding seems to be all over. The staff didn't seem to be too friendly or knowledgeable about gluten-free, luckily I checked the website beforehand to find out what food I could have or I'd have been in a tricky and messy situation. I decided to order the Skinny Fatburger, sadly I was told I was unable to have the chips/fries or any side due to gluten. The Skinny Fatburger is a burger where the bun is replaced by more burger meat, the meat was terribly cooked and bland, and the toppings were just thrown on, it basically was a cheap sloppy mess at a premium price of £8.25. The waiting time and communication in getting my food was also a mess, it seemed staff were walking around carrying the food, some of them even wore a coat instead of a uniform, so it felt like a random person was walking up to you with your food, which was strange and unprofessional. I was also told they didn't do milkshakes because it was match-day, of course, I was visiting ahead of Manchester City's 3-0 win over Arsenal in the 2018 Carabao Cup, but I still cant' understand this policy. I'm actually struggling to come up with a positive to describe this place, other than the location, this place can't be missed if you're attending Wembley Stadium, especially if approaching from towards Wembley Central Station, which is around a 5-10 minute walk from here (overground and underground services). With many other places to grab a burger nearby (it's right next to a football stadium after all), I'm struggling to see how this place survives with cheap, dreadful, sloppy food and bad service at a high price. Sadly, having wanted to try this place for a while I ended up being highly dissapointed, hence Fatburger at Wembley, London sadly deserves a one-star rating.

Nando's. What a great idea. Bits of chicken, spicy sauce, big hot griddle. Various beers. Half-way…read morebetween self-service fast food and a proper restaurant. They also do steaky things and some veggie dishes. And sharing platters - good for groups. I am a huge fan of condiments. Nando's has tens of the things. Peri-peri sauce ranked by heat from Mild to the small, dangerous looking extra, extra, super napalm death mega hot variety (or something like that). Oh, and various garlic and herby things, ketchup etc. Yawn. I am also a fan of side dishes, of which Nando's offers several. Having said this, I find the chain's decision to brand ratatouille and salad as fino (posh) side dishes slightly bizarre. I can understand sweet potato mash being posh, but I think a French (or even a Portuguese) person would probably not consider a veggie stew or a plate of raw veg posher than a bowl of chips, baked beans or corn on the cob what a funny society we live in Anyhow, back to this particular branch: I was delighted to discover a Nando's in the barren wasteland of restaurant opportunities that is Park Royal (I have various other descriptions for Park Royal that sadly don't fit Qype's talking in front of your mother guideline). Since this revelation, I go there quite often with various people from my workplace. There are plenty of different types of seating, booths, standard and high tables. It's quite a large restaurant, with plenty of space to accommodate diners arriving (usually with a gleam of hope in their eye not unakin to that of a drowning man grabbing at a nearby liferaft.) The place is clean, and the decor, while in the usual Nando's style, is easy on the eye. Attitude of staff tends to be more towards the fast-food than the restaurant mentality, but having said that we've never had any problems. Apart, of course, from mustering up the will-power not to have another beer and to go back to the office.
