I had called in advance and asked if they could fill my own balloons with helium and add ribbons. They said they could and quoted the cost for each. I walked in and was greeted right away by three girls filling balloons. Seems like they had a large order. One of the girls took my order and I paid for 7 balloons to be filled. The store was prepping for Halloween. There is SO much stuff to look at. I get overwhelmed and I could do so much crafting with what they have. It's like, wow. After a stroll up and down the aisles, I head back to the counter to check on progress. The young girl is working to get my order. Meanwhile, another young girl working on balloons and answering the phone too. She is basically trying to schedule an interviews for an open position. Frankly, I think she should have called the person back instead of trying to multi-task. All in all, I waited about 15 minutes for my balloons to be filled. Not bad. This is a busy location. Like I said, I know whatever I do there is going to take awhile. I've never NOT had to wait to get help or check out. It's just the way it is. Plan ahead. You'll likely be waiting.

The stock was very limited and employees kept saying there shipments weren't in yet. A month later went back to find some things for my daughters 4th birthday. They finally have about 90% of there stock out still a lot of empty shelves. My first impression of the place when walking through there doors was horrible let me explain why. As soon as I walked through the door the first thing I noticed was how dirty the store was. There was what looked like a chewed up piece of pizza that was right in the middle of the walkway. A very good amount of there price tags were laying on the floor up and down there isles. There was old gum stuck to the floor through the entire store. The shelves that were stocked were messy and not organized in the least bit. There prices were quite expensive when you consider you can go to Wal-Mart and get the some of the same things at a fraction of the price. Another thing that shocked me was the fact they claimed to bake and make custom cakes and cup cakes but when you walk through the doors you don't smell anything that resembles a bakery. rumor has it that they actually take your order and get the cakes from across the street at Sam's club. If you ask the employees at Sam's Club bakery they will in fact tell you that is true. I was very dissapointed with the way thus store looked and the employees represented it.
