Quite disappointed in this business. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my boyfriend's mother and the arrangement she received did not look like the images online at all. There were random flowers completely different than the website (like Gerberas) and it was missing the key elements like the long elegant green stems in the website image. I understand that sometimes florists do update the flowers based on availability but it was a completely different vibe in the end to the picture. It would have been a nice arrangement for someone else, but since I ordered this expecting it to look like the image online, it was very disappointing. It was also very tiny (website states 12 in across and 15 inch height) and I was embarrassed when the recipient sent me pictures as it was not what I was expecting at all. I'm glad she was still ok with it but buyer beware - make sure you double check with florist beforehand to ensure you get what you want. For $100 I would have expected something much more similar to what I ordered or different replacements still giving off the same vibe as pictured image. This was giving more of the wildflower arrangements you get vs an elegant piece. read more

We have used Helen in the past for my sons prom corsage and boutonnière but I just used her for my daughters Daddy daughter dance. It's my daughter's first year with her bio father gone and I wanted everything to be perfect. I contacted Helen sent her a pic of the dress asked for silver sparkle ribbon. She confirmed she had that as an option. I go on the day of the dance to pick them up and she did not use any sparkle ribbon. She used flat silver and a sheer ribbon. She offered to fix it but I had to drive the flowers back to her and I'm not local to her home where she runs her business. I got a text offering an alternate ribbon which is still not what was requested. I have a brand new puppy and an appointment or I would have made the 40 minutes drive again there and back to have her fix it. So disappointed. I will not be using her services again and if you continue to use her I would ask for proof of your selection before payment. read more

I called on Monday and was able to order for delivery today, Friday. I wanted a custom bouquet with carnations and other stuff and told her I trusted her expertise on it. I am so happy with these Mother's Day flowers I bought for my MIL. I ordered online two days before pickup. I'm usually skeptical buying online because I've never really been happy with how the arrangements looked. Usually it's doesn't look at all as pictured, which is usually fine, but sometimes the color scheme is off or they add more greens than flowers. However, the flower arrangement made by Helen was beautiful! The arrangement I got was called 'Joyful' under the Mother's Day collection.
