We have used Helen in the past for my sons prom corsage and boutonnière but I just used her for my daughters Daddy daughter dance. It's my daughter's first year with her bio father gone and I wanted everything to be perfect. I contacted Helen sent her a pic of the dress asked for silver sparkle ribbon. She confirmed she had that as an option. I go on the day of the dance to pick them up and she did not use any sparkle ribbon. She used flat silver and a sheer ribbon. She offered to fix it but I had to drive the flowers back to her and I'm not local to her home where she runs her business. I got a text offering an alternate ribbon which is still not what was requested. I have a brand new puppy and an appointment or I would have made the 40 minutes drive again there and back to have her fix it. So disappointed. I will not be using her services again and if you continue to use her I would ask for proof of your selection before payment.

Wow, I ordered this bouquet of elegant flowers yesterday for delivery today before noon. It got delivered on time. The flowers were so beautiful and elegant. Thank you Flower by Helen for doing such amazing work!
I called on Monday and was able to order for delivery today, Friday. I wanted a custom bouquet with carnations and other stuff and told her I trusted her expertise on it. I asked for warm colors, reds, oranges, pinks, yellows, some white. She texted me the receipt and texted again once the flowers were delivered. The delivery window I picked was 12-3 PM and they arrived around 12:15 PM. The bouquet is so beautiful and I love how she added in some different colors of roses too. Thank you for a perfect experience! :)

I am so happy with these Mother's Day flowers I bought for my MIL. I ordered online two days before pickup. I'm usually skeptical buying online because I've never really been happy with how the arrangements looked. Usually it's doesn't look at all as pictured, which is usually fine, but sometimes the color scheme is off or they add more greens than flowers. However, the flower arrangement made by Helen was beautiful! The arrangement I got was called 'Joyful' under the Mother's Day collection. I did expect the color scheme to be all pink/purple like pictured, but when she told me she added some orange flowers, I was still happy with it because it worked with the arrangement. So many different flowers and the colors are so pretty and vibrant. Pickup was easy. It was a house, so don't expect an actually shop. I will be ordering more from her in the future! Thank you Helen!

Very impressed with the service and the flower arrangement. My recipient wasn't home to get the door so Helen calls me saying she'll leave the flowers at the front door but to call her as soon as I located someone to receive the arrangement. After just a few minutes, Helen called to suggest that she'll just take the flowers back for the time being, recreate one and redeliver when someone is at home. She said she didn't want the flowers to wilt in this very hot weather and didn't want to waste my money. That was certainly music to my ears. Eventually, she redelivered a fresh arrangement in the late afternoon to the delight of my friend. Here's a snapshot of the beautiful flowers which definitely put a smile on my recipient's face. Thank you for going the extra mile to deliver a quality product that brought a thousand-watt smile to someone's face.

I went to yelp for a search and found Flower by Helen. The reviews and pictures helped me make my decision. Not only was Helen accommodating, but she did not try ti upsell me and knew that two roses on an 11 year olds wrist would be too large. She was right. Quite disappointed in this business. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my boyfriend's mother and the arrangement she received did not look like the images online at all. There were random flowers completely different than the website (like Gerberas) and it was missing the key elements like the long elegant green stems in the website image. I understand that sometimes florists do update the flowers based on availability but it was a completely different vibe in the end to the picture. It would have been a nice arrangement for someone else, but since I ordered this expecting it to look like the image online, it was very disappointing. It was also very tiny (website states 12 in across and 15 inch height) and I was embarrassed when the recipient sent me pictures as it was not what I was expecting at all. I'm glad she was still ok with it but buyer beware - make sure you double check with florist beforehand to ensure you get what you want. For $100 I would have expected something much more similar to what I ordered or different replacements still giving off the same vibe as pictured image. This was giving more of the wildflower arrangements you get vs an elegant piece. read more

I was awestruck at first sight of this beautiful corsage made by Helen for my elementary school-aged daughter. She is attending a daddy & daughter dance tonight at school and I realized last minute that I hadn't ordered a corsage for her. I found Helen's business through Yelp and I am so thankful that I did. She was very kind and willing to help me with my last minute order and had it ready for me right away! Amazing flowers!!!! Flowers were delivered exactly when I needed them and my wife loved them. Flowers maintained quality long after we received them. I was very happy with the friendly service we received and they made a great recommendation. Was really impressed with the customer service of the delivery team. Helen, with in a couple of short hours, received my call, patiently listened to my sad little tale of the loss of my dearly loved dog Joe. She went straight to work and created 2 beautiful, exotic and yet comforting and serene bouquets that she delivered to Chino Hills Animal hospital for Joe's Doctor and the wonderful staff that helped me with Joe's last days care. Sometimes yelp truly gets it right. I trusted the positive reviews stating that Helen's a hidden gem-- and such a sweet lady at that! I was searching for a wristlet corsage and boutonnière at the 11th hour for my son's first prom. Red rose corsages/boutonnières are a little harder to come by, plus several flower shops didn't offer wrist corsages at all. In any case, I put in the order with Helen and requested black ribbon and a bit of baby's breath. Just stunning. The craftsmanship is just so impressive. Another review for Helen because she's a hidden gem! I ordered another bouquet of flowers for my friend, I needed it to be very special and these looked unique compared to the others ones I saw. It looked great on her website but even better in person. I was surprised how big it was, she's very generous with her flowers. It wasn't the cheapest but I think it was worth it. First off the customer service was superb and ordering was simple:), I placed my order a little last minute I'd say atleast a week prior to Valentine's Day with a minor request change to my order (2 to be exact) and it was fulfilled down to the teeth. If I could give more stars I would. I called before they opened and surprised someone answered, I planned to call later but wanted number in my phone. I wanted flowers for my wife's birthday sent to the AirBnB where she was staying and she took all the info and flowers were sent out that morning. This last past 2 months, I ordered two flower bouquets for 2 different occasions: one for sympathy and one as a thank you bouquet. Both turned out SO beautiful!! The sympathy flowers or elegant, classy and beautiful. All white and fitting for the occasion. The thank you flowers were beautiful, bright and absolutely lovely. Both families were so happy to receive them. I found Helen on Yelp here and I'm so glad I did because she is so kind and helpful. I let her do her own creation based off the occasion and couldn't be happier. Both arrangements so fitting. First store I called and was instantly available. Helen was so helpful in telling me what would look good and etc. because I'm not good with flowers and all. When I came to pick it up and ask some questions she also didn't hesitate to help. I told her I was using it the next day and she immediately went and help me put in a water pouch so that the flowers won't go bad! What dedication to her work and she clearly enjoys it.
