I take my friends here and bring business. I paid over $33 for a vape that I found out doesn't work after going home. I called the next morning at 9 am and the employee told me he can't exchange it once I leave the store. They didn't warn me and tell me to check if it works in the store cuz once I leave they won't exchange or do anything. I will NEVER come back here or encourage any friends to bring their business here after this experience. There's lots of other shops that will exchange a vape without any questions because they care about their customers. Update: owner was nice and helped me with the vape that didn't work.
