I take my friends here and bring business. I paid over $33 for a vape that I found out doesn't work after going home. I've been vaping for years and was used to the typical smoke shop vibe until i came to new era, the employees are very nice and extremely informative, their product selection exceeds most vape shops/smoke shops and the prices are unmatched. They do lots of 2 for deals and are generally cheaper then any other shop I've been too. They've earned my business and loyalty. New and up and coming vape shop in Chino!!!…read more So i decided to drop by this place on a friday night and this place was cracking!! they havent had their official grand opening yet but last night they had a DJ with a nice vaping crowd to hang out and talk with. I was told the official grand opening would be sometime in July. My intentions were just to look around and try vape flavors but i ended up buying a whole new mechanical mod. I ended up getting the k-100 and nimbus drip tank at a very reasonable price. Sean, the guy helping me, was very knowledgeable on all their products and took his time to make sure i left with something i would be happy with. After buying the nimbus there was a group of people to the side of the store that put the mod together. Adrian, the guy who set up my mod, was very knowledgeable at what he does and made sure he set it up the way i wanted it. After getting the whole mod set up Sean took time to show me how to use the whole thing and to make sure i got the best out of my new mod. After 1 full day of vaping with my new mod im loving vaping a lot more. The flavors taste a lot better and im blowing bigger clouds! I never thought id ever be vaping with a drip tank! Everyone needs to check this place out for all your vaping needs!! they wont disappoint. Ask for Sean. I was told that this vape store would be open til about 2am daily so it gives people a place to hang out when they're not doing anything or if they just want to hang out after the bars/clubs. They are located in a very big strip mall so parking is easy. Support your local vape shop and your local vape community p.s. for all you young kids out there you must be 18+ to enter since they sell nicotine related products.

I got a text offering an alternate ribbon which is still not what was requested. I have a brand new puppy and an appointment or I would have made the 40 minutes drive again there and back to have her fix it. So disappointed. I will not be using her services again and if you continue to use her I would ask for proof of your selection before payment.

Came in today looking for a new mod, I was helped out by the owner Michael and his worker Jimmy, going in I already had an idea of the mod that I was trying to get, upon telling Michael, he broke down for me the exact differences between the mod I wanted and the one he recommended, after a short conversation I was fully confident in my decision for a new vape, and even after a little more conversation I truly feel more knowledgeable about vaping in general. Jimmy proceeded to help me out at the register and even went the length to give me a full demo of my new mod so that I wouldn't have any issues. I stopped by this location to get a replacement tank for my old battery - I ended up getting an entirely new setup thanks to the friendly staff. They are knowledgeable, and I did not feel like I was being pitched a sale, I was offered honest and good advice to fit my personal needs. Also, they have an adorable black lab/retriever shop dog, who is very friendly too! Their prices are also very good, rivaling that of buying directly from the manufacturer, and the person who helped me also cut a few dollars off my total to help me work within my budget. No complaints whatsoever! They also have a good selection of other smoke related stuff, like cigarettes and pipes. read more

5 stars isn't enough to give. The customer service is fantastic. Whether you wanna chill or just buy your stuff and leave, this place is for everyone! If you want a certain juice that they don't have, they are willing to find it and order it just for you, on top of that they stay consistently stocked up and if they do sell out of something, it's only for a day or two at most! I don't think I've ever found a Vapeshop like this one before. Also another little benefit, they stay open late and Friday and Saturday they're open even later! One of the chillest vape shops I've been to and I've been to many! The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home. I originally found this shop on Instagram and I had been on a hunt for Lung Candy Elixirs. They happened to carry it and held it till I was able to head over. We all chatted about their grand opening event that had happened and about juice companies and it felt very welcoming. Went in there because I love checking out new shops & let me tell you , my experience was pleasant. First and foremost , I was greeted as soon as I stepped foot in the shop. That's always great. Second of all , they were extremely knowledgeable about their products & pointed me in the right directions for my best Vaping experience . First of all i don't even know what that Rick guy is even talking about lol. This shop has big advantage by being a smoke shop & a vape shop, opening early & closing late. They have amazing pipes/bubblers/water pipes, the prices they have is affordable. The Vape Selection is astonishing, they have a wide variety of juices & the price on them are cheap. Fake products ct 10000 hits only 1000 times. The sales men claim 20000 hits on lost angel. Hit it 20 times one percent gone hit another 20 small hits another percent gone. 1 dollar for the fake packaging 1 dollar to fill it with juice and slap on the label. 3 dollar product sell for 20. Test the hit count see for yourself. 1 percent suppose to hit at least 200 times or even 150 times before it drops 1 percent 200 x 100 that's 20000 hits 20x 1000 that's 2000 hits. The best shop in the area & the most convenient hours. Always open late and the staff will help set up/clean your devices. Best customer service in the IE. Come through anytime from 10am-Midnight. Friday/Saturday...open til 2am. I'd highly recommend. I've been an active customer for 1 year and wouldn't go anywhere else.
