We order a few days ago. It was ok but nothing I would order again or really want. Lots of better pizza in the area. I have heard from others in the community about how awful the owner is. I don't base reviews off of others so we actually tried it ourselves. I get why people are upset with the name calling and behavior of the person running their social media. I was hoping to say at least their good it worth it to counteract the bad behavior but sadly the quality just isn't there. read more

I never ate there, plus I am vegan anyways, but I am also autistic, high functioning as you can tell and I have flown across the Atlantic twice in my life. But for those of you who do consume meat and/or dairy, I would say you can find better places to eat, 810 Munches which is very inclusive to people with disabilities as is Italia Gardens (I never ate in either places but I have met the owners of 810 Munchies and I personally known the owner of Italia Gardens, his stepson is autistic and he is very patient with the disabled). read more

They also seem more interested in pushing divisive political messages and blaming "the left" than running a pizza shop. There are plenty of local businesses that treat people with respect. Don't pre-order from here at a specific time if that's the time you actually want your food. I guess it's my bad for trying again, but this is the third time I've ordered ahead from here and got my food way too early. I understand there may be some give and take time based on orders and drivers, but I ordered my food for the time around what I wanted for a reason. Not to serve my guests cold pizza. Also, I called beforehand to see how many pieces a large was as I couldn't remember and I was trying to do pizza math. They told me 8-10. Which seems odd. Is it 8 or 10? Hands down the best pizza in Davison. Huge menu with lots of options. They offer a 24 inch giant and it's the party hit! Only one suggestion I'd like to see from this spot is a meat sauce offered with the bread for dipping. Great service clean kitchen. On time delivery. This is the spot to try. read more

Terrible customer service! I've had 3 orders Wrong and the last one was on Father's Day when I placed a $70 order. I was missing a pizza but I had family & friends over so I didn't get a chance to call them until Tuesday afternoon. I spoke to Derek (manager) who told me they couldn't take care of the issue because it was WAY too late! is this a joke? I have a job to go to and family to care for so I didn't get to it until 2 days later during business hours!!! .... Not 2 weeks later!!! I did ask to speak to the owner which he informed me his name was Aaron... but Derek said Aaron was in his office and I would have to physically come to the store to speak with with him. This place used to be awesome the first four times we got pizza from them. I don't know what happened because after that it was absolutely horrible. I don't know how it could have change that much that quick as my husband's daughter had told us about the place and what good food they had but it sure did. What happened to the Pizza Company guarantee? The pizza was under-cooked (very doughy), the hamburger topping didn't taste right and it tasted like it had anchovies on it (though they said it did not). We had ordered a large pizza and they did give us a replacement - but they gave us a medium with bacon instead of the hamburger since it was bad. The staff was not very friendly about it either. Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, and 12 wings that came to $52. The medium pizza was thin crust, they sent a deep dish with bbq sauce on it which was not what we ordered. When called and told them that the order was wrong they said ok, but we'll need the wrong pizza back. Which we were fine with, but there was one bite taken out of it and when they found that out they said they can't replace it with the right pizza because there's a bite missing. I talked to the owner of the place and told him I'm so confused as to why they can't replace it because one bite is missing and his exact words were "I can't stay in business giving away free pizzas". Obviously $52 is to much for for a large and medium pizza and wings but it's whatever, was cool with it, but not replacing a pizza that they messed up and for the owner to say that, idk, I'd stay away from this place. I've literally never left a yelp review in my life, never sent food back, but didn't have a choice after this fuckery. The owners a huge d bag. If I could give negative stars I would. This company delivered the wrong pizza, and when I called and explained, the very nice employee said she'd rectify it immediately, then 5 minutes later the poor girl had call back to say the owner said he couldn't help if the pizza was touched, we didn't know it was the wrong pizza, which I was allergic to, was incorrect until I tried it, and now have to go to the hospital. The pizza was very good, but I read an earlier review that said it "was easier to eat it there". You can eat there....out of the pizza box on paper plates and individual drinks from a vending machine. This is a take out business, not a dine in restaurant. I cannot understand where people are saying they get quality from here. Every single time we order from this place (which is relatively often, as we desire to support local business) the food has been three to four hours late and absolutely ice cold. I don't know who we pissed off at the store, but I've ordered from other addresses and it arrives on time. The service is frankly awful. When you call the place and expect to get a hold of someone you are instantly placed 'on hold' and get to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to actually speak to someone. Avoid this place unless you're eating in - maybe then you might get your food. Ordering delivery? Don't expect to see it within hours of ordering. read more

When I lived in Michigan, the Pizza Company was my go to pizza joint. Well I shouldn't say go to as I usually had the pizza delivered, but you know what I mean. They always had great deals and Jason, the pizza delivery man, is the best! My dogs usually hate delivery men, but they were always SOOO excited to see him, even if part of it was the smell of food, lol. It also makes me remember that we usually tend to order food more often in bad weather. I certainly did not want to go out and drive in it, but Jason always had to, but did it with a friendly attitude and I can appreciate that! Good affordable food and nice employees equals A+ business in my book. So appreciate the folks who do what you don't want to and tip well! They deserve it! read more
