So I haven't ate/ordered pizza for quite a while due to changing my eating habits: My husband said let's order John's. BTW is awesome!!! But I wanted Jets because it's usually right on and had John's the last time. Any way, he brought it home, granted we asked for it well done. He bought it home and cheese was barely melted . We put it in the oven to "singe the top". Looked good but the dough wasn't right. Sauce was sparse, no flavor. I am so disappointed in the jets in davison tonight!!! I cheated on my diet for this???? No seating inside for eating, but we always take ours home anyway. When I order, I request that the sauce and ingredients get spread close to the edge of the crust and they always accommodate the request. Sauce is good, just spicy enough plus the cheese actually has flavor! Like the crispy edges and buttery crust on the Detroit style. Prices are in line with most places and they have coupons available as well. read more

I called back to talk to the manager and shared my disappointment he said that he had made it and corporate and management said that they had to start measuring the ingredients due to profitability. Confused about the reviews on here. Not in Davison often, but have ordered from here several times. Pizza always good with solid service.

I visited this store and tried to order an item on the menu based on price. I was told that price was wrong and the only reason that menu was still used was because they did not have the most current printing. No menus are posted in the store, so all you have is what they give you. When the cashier gave me the menu, I was not told it was out of date. I will never shop there again. read more

Went in today to pick up my order. It wasn't ready at the scheduled time, which Is fine I didn't mind waiting a little bit. However I did mind when there was a kid in the back singing really loudly and singing inappropriate lyrics while there were customers in the lobby waiting. And when I finally got my order and went home there was a hair on my pizza!! I don't believe we will be coming back to this location which sucks because we love jets but not worth hair in pizza. read more

Last two times the pizza has gone down in quality, very little sauce, light on the toppings for a jet's 10. I doubt we will order from them again, time to move on, when you pay about $20.00 for a pizza it should be good, not the case ! read more

Should be zero stars. This place is horrid. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, went in and two teenagers in the place were high. My wife and I do recognize this as we both work with substance abuse. Anyway, i got home, it was without sauce. :( Mistakes happen though so I called them. At which point I was told " I must be lying, we have strict guidelines for that stuff". If u have guidelines as such it shows the propensity for a problem. Additionally speaking of standards with two high employees is laughable, but I digress. They eventually said they would offer a discount later. * update I called to use my discount and they said it was already used. :( I will not eat pizza here if it is free. 5 miles away from this jets, 1/2 mile south out of their "route" and this location wouldn't deliver to me! Stupidest thing ever because they will go 1.5 miles west to deliver all they have to do is turn the corner. So you lost my business Jets this was the second location I called for a delivery today but Hungry Howies brought me an awesome pizza! read more

Jets pizza is always good but the customer service here is BS. I needed delivery 6.3 miles away and they wouldn't deliver because I was 1.2 miles farther then they go. literally the difference the between the intersection of Richfield and Belsay and Richfield and Genesee. Simply amazing for a tiny storefront. Employees are friendly but typically overwhelmed with how busy they are. So busy that its hard to call in orders or stand in the tiny front waiting area. The thin crust is good, regular crust bland, deep dish out of this world. Try the specialty deep dish bbq chicken, I have never had a better one anywhere and I am from Chicago! The only time I was disappointed was with a regular crust pizza but that is just my opinion. read more

I have worked in the service industry for more then 10 years and being a server I know how customers should be treated. This is not it. I placed a $70 order, only 3 things came back wrong. 2 bacon cheese breads had no bacon. When I called the man I talked to said there was no extra charge for the bacon (I've ordered many times, I know there is,) and a pizza was not what we ordered at all, and there was nothing they could do about it. I talked to the manager who was equally rude and said yes there is a up charge, and charged for a pizza we didn't order, but there was still nothing they could do. No credit, no correcting, no money back! So I just paid $20 more then what I should of been charged. Never again will I order from here. Pizza Company is better anyways. read more
