Always love bringing the family here, service has been hit and miss, some nights it's 5 stars, others a bit closer to 2.5. Most recently however, the service was awesome and friendly. They seemed to be a little short handed and did a good job communicating with us about it. The food suggests comes out good, and the pizza is spot on with the flavors. The only thing is that I wish they installed something to help with the back ground noise, most nights it gets so loud that it's hard to have a conversation. read more

The place was clean for an older building, we went right before the dinner rush so food came out fast and fresh. The bread twists are what to come for in my opinion everything else we tried was meh. Likely won't be back unless for the lunch specials because that is where you'll save a lot of money! Way better deals. Some negatives would be the price for the soda, nearly $4 each not worth it The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was BEYOND greasy (see photo) and it had a ton of seasoning on it, to the point where the pasta tasted a little grainy due to the over seasoning. The cheese pizza was fine, my toddler would eat the kids pepperoni pizza but loved the bread twists. Again that's what you come for. Also salad bar is an added price on nearly everything so don't expect that you get one trip for free. We likely won't come back for dinner. read more

Pizza Factory has wonderful veggie options that I love. I just tried their Chaz pasta dish with zucchini noodles. It was Delicious!!! Their calzones can be totally veggie filled also. I always enjoy their zucchini and yellow squash noodle pasta. Be sure and enjoy their garlic bread with mushrooms and cheese. The service is good. Nice areas for eating. read more

The star of this place beside the pizza is their wonderfully tall bread twists. My family came here around Christmas time. We had 10 adults and six kids and they were able to easily accommodate our group for lunch. We got the Alfredo chicken, Maui and factory deluxe pizzas and all were delicious and packed with toppings! Several of us also got the unlimited salad bar option which had a great variety of veggies and sides and was also very delicious. The service was great and the ambiance was very family friendly. I just had a very unhappy experience at Pizza Factory in Lindon. I was there with a large group for lunch and the service was totally unacceptable! I had the once through salad bar with garlic bread. I ate my entire salad and had to ask a server where my bread was. She said it was coming. The friend next to me had the once through salad bar but ordered chicken breast to go on top of it. She ate her entire salad and waited and waited and finally had to leave. I think she got her chicken as she was walking out of the door. I expressed my displeasure to a server and she asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I did. No one every came. Finally my bread came, well after I finished my salad and wanted to leave. Half the group left as the other half finally got their pizza and pasta. Because we were with a group, we were required to pay the 20% tip which is unfortunate because if I had been able to pay for my own meal, I would have left nothing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant and cannot recommend it. I will add, the service was not this poor because they were busy, there were not a lot of customers at the time. Had a manager come to check with me and offered to try to make things right in some way, I would feel better, but that did not even happen. read more

I love the pizza factory! I was very sad when the ones around me all closed. I'm glad there is at least one within driving distance without having to go to St. George. The bread twists on the sticks are the absolute bomb! They are the reason I come! Their salad bar is pretty amazing as well. The pizza is delicious. Pasta is also amazing. This location is kind of funny because it looks like it used to be a house. Feels a little disjointed. But the staff is all very nice. If it is not a very busy time of day. Before walking in, i could tell by looking through the windows that the lighting inside was extremely harsh. Upon walking inside, the second thing i noticed was that it smelled like sewage... not what you want to smell at a restaurant! The breadsticks are always amazing. Unfortunately they charged us $1.50 each for sides of ranch to dip them in, though. I would love nothing more than to come in and give this place an interior design makeover! If it had a better environment & didn't hurt your eyes in the bright lighting, it would be SUCH a better place to eat. It's the lack of ambience and bad smell that will keep me from ever dining here again. But, again, would love to give it a makeover if you're interested in some help. read more

When we are at that location Tuesday night they allowed us to order the "not on the menu" special of a mini pizza and trip to the salad bar deal for a great price. When asking our server for that here she shut us down telling us it was only a lunch special and what is special about that price is beyond me. Not impressed. So we went with a pizza that was smothered way too much in tomato sauce. Bottomless sodas are only honored when your server gets around to it ...10 minutes later. First of all the food and service is always great, but I'm going to be upfront... you need to get your grease trap or plumbing checked out and fixed. When you walk into the restaurant it smells like raw sewage. It's really strong. When we went back to eat it wasn't as bad, but after we walked out my wife was dry-heaving from the smell and almost lost her dinner. The restaurant ALWAYS smells like feces! The waitress that "helped" tonight only showed up to the table twice and didn't clear any dishes from the table the whole time. The Alfredo tasted tangy and rotten, and the dessert tasted like freezer burn. To top things off, there are shutters separating a top section from the booth we were in and the people who were sitting in the section on the opposite side kept opening them and looking down at us and speaking to us, which made us very uncomfortable. Came for lunch, the salad bar was fresh and toppings looked great. There was also a ton of toppings, all well stocked. Ordered the soup, bread twist and garlic bread with cheese. The Bow Tie Chicken Caesar is my go-to meal here. I always ask for no croutons but they rarely remember. I'm not allergic or anything, but it comes with a bread twist (one of my favorite things... hot, light, buttery, salty, Parmesan, and dill seasoned) so the croutons aren't necessary. Ask for Alfredo dipping sauce for your bread twist if you love cream cheese! It's warm and gooey, perfect for scooping up with every bread bite. *There are always noisy little kids here with their oblivious-to-others parents, no matter where you get seated. That's not Pizza Factory's fault, it's just what you sometimes have to deal with in Utah Valley restaurants. Sigh. The pizza has always been consistent with evenly spread toppings and hearty flavor. Whenever I order a calzone, it has way too much crust for the minimal toppings, so either order extra sauce to dip it or get a pizza instead. My husband orders the salad bar with his pizza and appreciates the fresh ingredient variety (although it's been a while since he's been, and we've heard the quality might not be what it used to be). It's not a fancy place or the best pizza and salad around, but we've come for years and the nostalgia keeps me coming back for the Caesar and bread twists with Alfredo! read more

I am a big lover of pizza. I have driven past The Pizza Factory numerous times but never actually gone in, until today. My first impression upon walking in was that it was very authentic feeling. It was warm and inviting and clean. Staff was friendly and there was no wait to be seated. It did take our server a bit to come greet us and take our drink order. Menu was easy to read and had a lot of great options. My husband and I decided to share dishes. We ordered two amazing garlic Parmesan breadtwists (they came out first, almost as an appetizer), the factory deluxe small pizza and the Cajun chicken pasta. It was all fresh and made to order. It was very delicious. They also have a salad bar. I asked for a side of ranch and marinara sauce. They came out in big side cups but the marinara sauce was more of a meat sauce that we aren't a fan of. Our service was mediocre. We waited on the server to bring us refills, ask if we needed anything and even bring our check. When we went they were not busy at all. Restrooms were clean. They had a changing table in the woman's (unsure about men's) and there were two stalls. There was a cute little waiting area outside the restrooms for times when the restaurant was full. My wife and I were visiting family American Fork and they took us to their favorite lunch spot, "The Pizza Factory". It was a cozy little place with amazing food and service. Our waitress Lindsay was super attentive, kind, and efficient. The food was delicious. I had the lunch special. A small personal pizza "The Maui" was awesome! The salad bar had so many options and their blue cheese salad dressing goes well with everything. I definitely will come back the next time we're in town. We'll over a couple of decades since eating at THIS Pizza Factory location. Finally returned because we were invited to a lunch get together. Between our recent negative experience eating at The Pizza Factory in a neighboring city and other Yelp reviews of this location, was not looking forward to the lunch at all. Conclusions - the restaurant entry has a musty odor similar to the smell of an older home heater when it's first kicking on. The rest of the place smells like some type of unappealing cleaning agent. The restaurant was indeed clean. I checked out the salad bar before ordering but decided to pass. I'm a bit if a salad bar snob a d like everything fresh and crisp . Leafy green options looked a bit tired although that didn't stop another in our group from eating one. We opted for pizza and breadsticks. The first round of breadsticks were doughy and undercooked. Wanted to send them back before our pizza arrived but didn't see our waitress until pizzas were served some 35 minutes later. We think she was the only one working. Nonetheless, we explained the breadsticks issue for which we were brought a new order. Furthermore, waitress removed the breadsticks from our bill. The pizza, to my surprise, was really yummy! Crust was cooked perfectly and had a nice flavor which complimented the toppings. 7" personal two topping pizza was perfect for me. Husband shared a combo with the group and also gave it a favorable review. I don't know that we'd dine in again if it were just the two of us but we would order a pizza to go. read more
