From the moment I walked in, the store felt chaotic. Employees were arguing with each other loudly enough that customers could hear every word. It didn't feel like a workplace -- it felt like there was actual warfare happening behind the counter. Nobody seemed focused on serving customers, and the environment came across as tense and completely unprofessional. Things only got worse when I reached the till. The girl working there was, to put it kindly, a meany girl pants. She was rude, short-tempered, and acted annoyed at every part of the interaction. I ordered three Blizzards, and since Dairy Queen advertises that they flip them as a quality guarantee, I asked if she could flip all of them. Instead of just doing it, she snapped back at me with, "I only have to flip one ." The attitude, tone, and laziness were unreal. If Dairy Queen is going to promote the Blizzard flip as part of the experience, then refusing to do it -- and being rude about it -- is just bad service. Between the employee arguments, the rude attitude at the till, and the unwillingness to follow even the simplest part of the DQ standard, this visit was extremely disappointing. Until the management gets control of the staff and teaches them how to treat customers with basic respect, I can't recommend this location.
