This place is always a great choice for coffee & snacks! I really like the mix of seating options indoors & there's a decent sized patio too (well I can only confirm the patio is there during summer). There's always friendly & observant staff. Props to the business being ahead of the curve long ago to offer & create a reuse/recycle community of sorts with the extras from the cafe (those bean bags are really useful for many gardening endeavours). Roasti is also wonderfully situated for those out on neighbourhood errands (laundry mat on other end of parking lot & you'll have just enough time to enjoy a coffee & be back to change the machine), meeting up with friends or a quick stop when passing by. There's lots of parking options in this big parking lot for all the shops. Those with mobility aids, it might be a bit tricky navigating the sidewalk (various items are usually are placed on sidewalk from either direction to the door & getting over the parking barrier blocks is tricky if you're using more than a cane) but I will hope nothing will block you on the sidewalk if you do try to venture in. So I've bought Roasti coffee beans several times for home, when picking up my last round I decided to get a latte for the road as well. I was floored! Honestly I don't really know how they do it but it was one of the smoothest lattes I've ever had in my life! I highly recommend trying it. I wanted to try something different and as I was in the area I figured why not! I ordered a regular sized latte with oat milk for $5.50. I thought that was pretty decent as I pay nearly $7 for the same thing at most coffee shops in Edmonton. I quite liked my drink too. It was quiet when I arrived around noon on a Saturday. I'm guessing I beat the morning rush. The fellow working the till was very friendly and my drink came out fast. The coffee shop was unique inside. Roasti is my happy place. I love the smell when I walk in. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing - very inviting. But most importantly.... the coffee is AMAZING. I don't know how I never discovered this place before but I know now it's because it is a well kept secret gem. The vibe here is warm and relaxing. It's modern but the clientele were of all ages, dressed up and casual. My son and I stopped in for a breakfast date and I'm so glad we did. Our drinks were both well made, well presented and delicious. Our breakfast wrap was huge and stuffed full of yummy eggs, hash brown potatoe, sausage and cheese. My kiddo loved his cherry turnover. Service was kind and charming. Based on how steady they were with take out orders, this place is popular for a great reason. They also have a wonderful patio to sit outside on complete with a water bowl for the puppies. Now that my best friend and I live on opposite ends of the world, we needed to find a halfway point to meet for coffee. Randomly googled Sherwood park cafes and decided to try Roasti. Driving up, I was kind of like "oh man". It's in a run down looking strip mall, between a no-name pizza place and a liquor store... with a Fast Gas blocking its view of the street. I went inside to wait for the bestie and just took in the feel of the place. Don't let the exterior fool you. Very trendy atmosphere. I waited about 15 mins and in that time the door didn't remain closed.... people constantly coming in. Listening to patrons, they were bringing others in to try the coffee here.... and raving about it. When we ordered; staff was very friendly and made recommendations. The girl suggested I do honey in my latte with macadamia nut milk. This was delicious and I ended up having two. I would say this coffee was delicious, and this will definitely be a return visit for us! read more

This is a bit of a diamond in the rough. I don't necessarily love the area of the location, but the cafe is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I tried the Nitro coffee and it was great! Very flavourful. The atmosphere is super relaxed as well. Will be back to try more from the menu soon! read more

Wow...i have a nespresso at home that i love for the fresh coffee taste. BUT now that i just had an amazing latte from this place i have to say I might have to go back to fresh beans. Very smooth cup of coffee and I was glad I got a BIG size of it since I had a bit of ride home from the "park". You cant beat walking into a coffee shop and the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans hits you. Then you take a big whiff into the nose and taste it in your palate...woohooo.
