Their cocktail menu offers a great variety of creative handcrafted drinks. We visited near the end of the evening so they were out of a few of their signature cocktails. However I was pleasantly surprised when I challenged the head mixologist to create something refreshing based on a few flavor preferences I shared. He absolutely delivered which ended up being one of my favorite parts of the experience and a great example of their attention to customer service and creativity.
