The playroom itself is reasonably priced, at $20 for 2 hours of play or a monthly unlimited pass for $70. We got the 2 hours of play and it was more than enough. The slightly older kids' play area was a bit compact and a bit congested, but there is also a separate smaller kids play area, which was more open and spacious. The colors were insanely vivid and bright all throughout this establishment. And very importantly,I must say that I felt very safe with my kids playing here, as from the construction standpoint I didn't see any red flags at all, no sharp corners, everything cushioned and safe for the kids. The food bar offered a generous selection of snacks for kids and adults at really awesome prices. My nachos for $2, although basic, reminded me of the simpler times in high school when friends and I were fighting for each nacho cheese-filled chip. In addition to the snack bar, there is also some seating area for parents to look over their kids. The area includes some massage chairs. And finally, there is a good size dining area, where you can enjoy some food with your family. With customer service being friendly all around and with some good, safe, very colorful playroom amenities for the kids, this establishment is a great addition to the mall and to the Burbank community as a whole. We'll come again!

We had the lodge decorated, inside and outside to accommodate all our guests. Scott did not hesitate to help us move the furniture, chairs and even got our beer kegs set up. We were able to enjoy the grounds with morning walks, late night talks, a fire pit and the deck with an incredible view. It's truly a weekend the entire family won't forget! Thank you Scott and Julie for the incredible weekend! Your resort is truly beautiful and we can't wait to come back and enjoy it again!

The staff were friendly and the entire check in process was easy. For the price, we got an individual tiny cabin with two bedrooms and a bath. It came with a simple kitchen and an awesome patio overlooking the, unfortunately, near empty lake. The staff informed us that the lake had been drained to help fight recent California wildfires, so that made me feel a little bit better. Anyways, the cabin was clean and everything you would need for a nice relaxing stay. My biggest qualm was that the hot water did not work so we were not able to take a shower (unless it was ice water cold). And the Internet did not work - not for browsing or streaming pleasure but simply for cell phone service in such a remote area. All in all, a decent spot to stay in the Shasta Lake area.

The McConnell Arboretum and Garden is a quick walk over the Sundial Bridge. Tickets are available to the events at the McConnell Arboretum. During the winter, they do have holiday lights. During our summer visits, they had lantern of various shapes. We made reservations for a 2 queen room. They gave us what we reserved. It had a view of the Turtle Bay Exploration Park (not much to see from our room). The queen beds were comfortable. The bathroom for our 2 queen room had a tub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were the Sheraton special. It was good enough for a one night stay. They do have a fitness room with cardio equipment and weights. It is sufficient for getting a workout in. This hotel does have a lounge for Platinum and above members. Non-alcoholic beverages like soda and water are complimentary. Alcohol is available for a fee. Evening appetizers were typical of Sheraton's. They only had a cheese plate. No dinner like at Marriott's. Breakfast offerings were a little better than the evening appetizers with scrambled eggs and bacon. The Sheraton was a good hotel that gave me a good night sleep.

It was not large and should have been for the price. But it was super clean and very comfortable. Redding does not have a lot of choices and I think the Sheraton knows this and if you don't want to be in a 2 star hotel, you have little choice. The pool was great and it was a hot day so we used it. They have a 24 hour business center which is fine and I needed it. The eatery is just fine, not great. But you will find something you want. This silliness about no one use straws drives me nuts. I actually use a straw so get me one. They have valet or self parking for a fee. They have one nice bar and that is all one needs. I would not stay here for days, but for a couple of days it was fine, just too much money. The outside is super pretty and the lobby is great. I think this place is new and that is great.
