I'm new to the area…read moreso i was expecting it to be a little dead but, woah. i felt like it was closed because no one was in there! completely empty but whatever the area was overall a little messy. it's sorted by gender and size but difficult going though all different types of shoes just to find one kind is definitely overwhelming. I used to work at a shoe store so i get it but damn i sitting here sorting though heels, boots and flip flops just to find some damn non slip shoes. i saw one that i would've liked to try on but they were at the top so i would have needed a latter, this is where the no employees got in the way lol. They overall did not have what i was looking for just a strange overwhelming experience. maybe i just came on a bad day lol.

In fact there is even some nice clothes pairings on display to show you how to combine some of the items. A couple of very well stocked sale racks can be found near the back of the store near the dressing/fitting rooms. Dressing rooms - Very nice! Plenty of room to try on your stuff and get a feel for how it fits. Well done! Customer service - Extremely well done! The owner is so friendly and took such great care of my wife, helping her get a dressing room set up so she could try stuff on. Overall, you really can't have a better experience. If we find ourselves in Shelbyville again, I'm sure my wife will want to check this place out again.

I collect vintage Christmas ornaments (old school satin pushpin style), and there is an amazing vendor at the flea who stocks them in spades! I almost don't want to share that as I want to keep that secret to myself so I can get my favorites every time. She is so kind and even let me dig through her back stock for ones not on display yet. Next month is the Christmas flea and y'all know I'll be back! Check it out.

This was my first visit to the market and I believe there were about 10-12 vendors…read more I was able to take home about a week's worth of grocery items and I was incredibly happy with the majority of it. The only thing I didn't like was the baked goods. I purchased a sourdough. It had caraway which is similar to rye and I do not like rye. I did however like the croissants I purchased but on the flip side the five cookies were meh. So more was bad than good. The other vendors I purchased from were wonderful. Eggs, bone-in pork chops, ground beef , dog treats (chicken claws) three types of greens, arugula, Bibb and romaine, and a frozen chicken were some of the things I purchased. I did notice only one vendor had fruit, strawberries, which sold out quickly. The next time I go I hope there is more to choose from. I will definitely return.
