We signed a contract with this company last year for a pool installation in the summer of 2022…read more Construction, that being the hole dug and leveled, began in the beginning of May 2022. The company has returned three times, once to build the platform for the electrical equipment, once to come out after multiple weeks of complaints for lack of anybody coming to the house and the last time to pick up the piece of construction equipment that had been deserted in our backyard since August. We have called countless times and gone in person multiple times only to be told "yes will be there within the next week or two". It is now coming up on the end of October 2022 and we have had the fiberglass pool delivered and set in the hole and nothing else. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! My level of frustration, aggravation, stress, irritation is indescribable! And to be quite frank this company has over $65,000 of our money and we have a big hole with the fiber glass pool set in the hole but nowhere near being ready to be hooked up. The piles of dirt I have been here for so long they now have weeds and grass growing off of it. And on the last visit when they picked up their construction equipment we were told that the insert would have to be removed the whole re-dug re-leveled and we could potentially have warping in our fiberglass because it is set for so long without anything being done. So not only would I not recommend this company I would absolutely say to avoid them at all costs!

We were looking for a…read morehot tub and were just totally confused and lost after almost getting bit by the Home Show Spa Fly by Night salesman. We were looking at tubs that were $12,000-$19,000. We decided to take a trip to the Coast to see John and Lisa and looked at Quality tubs in a MUCH more affordable price range. I was most impressed with the fact that John works on all the tubs, so they stick to brands that he has not had to repair as much and more reliable, as a guy in Heating and Air Business this meant a LOT to me. They have a SPOTLESS clean Show room with lots of options, sizes....they even have some really cool Plug and Play ones that run on 110 wall plugs. Also, I joined several hot tub groups online and searched for the Nordic brand(only 1 of what they carry) and all the owners LOVED their Nordics and could not find any issues with them. I can't say enough about this small business and look forward to the delivery of our new tub! It was a long process to figure out what we wanted and MOST importantly decided who we wanted to do business with!!

Dunson has fixed 2 problems that "the other guy" didn't/couldn't fix…read more.. 1. the other guy tried 6 times to fix a leak on my hot tub but never succeeded 2. the other guy fixed a problem on my pool but created an even worse problem. I know now to just go straight to Dunson with any problems I have in the future.
