Since that time, I have become acquainted with several plumbers due to having backed up drains at various different times. I have had pipes replaced several times in different locations, but the problem seems to always to resurface. I have spent numerous amounts of money due to the reoccurring problems. In 2022, by the Grace of God; I had no back up issues and had started to believe that my problems were resolved. However, in January of 2023 my problems returned. This particular time was different. the problem was the same, but the plumbers and the service was totally different. The company that I did business with, dispatched plumbers from Alabama Quality Plumbing from Alexandria, Al. The plumbers were not only quality experienced plumbers, but they were also caring, considerate, kind and eager to help anyway possible. They went over and above to get the job done and done right! They did an amazing job, and I am so happy to have meet them!!

The very next day my mom woke up to find water sitting on the left and on the right side of her house. Common sense would tell you if you come out to do plumbing work on someone's house and the very next day there is puddles of water sitting on both sides of the house (and it's not from rain) more than likely its from the plumbing work done on the house the day before. There was no leak the day before when you worked on it, but there's a leak the day after you worked on it, you do the math. You could atleast come back out to check to see what the problem is. That's just good business practice first of all. But no, the first thing you want to do is deny all plausibility. This is definitely a lesson learned. Apparently they have instituted a policy where you are charged a $10 deposit for each pallet, and despite the fact that the pallets were never removed from the trailer, I was only paid $5 per pallet when I returned them later in the day. I'd rather they just add the $10 to the price rather than imply you'll get your full deposit back. I'm not sure I would have bothered to return them if I was only getting half of my deposit back.

With no water. I have 3 little girls- the cities only was "it's on your side of the meter it's your responsibility" I had to miss a day of work to have it taken care of. Thankfully I was able to have Gunnar come out on his off day and get us all taken care of in less than 2 hours. I cannot express enough how appreciative I am.
