He marked all my containers with how much should go in and how frequently. He gave me info on filters and salt pumps. Oh and the young lady helping him was just as fab. There happened to be a man leaving when I was going in and he randomly said to me "this place is the best". You know what random stranger....YOU ARE SO RIGHT!! Ya know what I went there thinking I was going to drop a bundle of cash. NOPE!!! So affordable. If you have a pool or know someone who does and you have questions or need supplies go to Pauls you won't be sorry you did. The next day I went back to get a skimmer because I'm a ninny and forgot to get one and the place was mobbed with folks. It's so nice to see people supporting local owned businesses. I think what I liked the most was everyone was so happy in there and talking to one another like they all knew each other. I found out that they were in and out in less than 10 min and never vacuumed or brushed the walls of my pool. Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.

We had an issue last summer and they came out and did a great job. We hired them to open our pool…read morethis year and was not impressed . They didn't bother to see if our heater was working after they opened it. When I called them they wanted to charge me another $150 to come out and check something that should have been done. Then one of our jets in our hot tub was missing and they wanted to charge us for that too . They never told us it was missing . So obviously they don't check anything before they leave. Not to mention they put chlorine in our salt water pool. Very disappointed . We had high hopes. We will be canceling our closing with them this year .

Would have given no stars if it was possible…read more It went horrible. He said it would be $450, which we prepaid him. Than towards the end we got an invoice for another $230. He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. He would skim all the stuff out of the pool and just throw it in my grass dead frogs and everything.

Unfortuately, this company does not work on above ground pools but the customer service that I was provided was top notch, and because the owner's wife was so kind to me when I called I was able to get my pool in working condition through a referral.
