It was so important to find an honest company known for outstanding quality and customer service...which is what we found in Pools By Bradley! We wanted, and thankfully received, personal, personable, and attentive service before, during and most uniquely, after our project build! i had a very concerning experience with this business. one of their drivers almost caused a serious…read moreaccident by pulling out directly in front of me. it was reckless and could have ended very badly. the license plate started with 30f. when i called to report the incident, the response felt dismissive and insincere. the person on the phone simply said "sorry" and did not ask for details, attempt to identify the driver, or explain how the issue would be addressed. there was no effort to take accountability or follow up. based on this experience alone, i would not recommend this business. if they are unwilling to properly handle a serious safety concern, it makes me question how they would treat paying customers.
