A few hours later I called to see if she was almost done so I could head over. The owner answered and immediately put me on hold. She was talking to a customer that was there for a good 5 minutes and eventually forgot she had placed me on hold. I could hear EVERYTHING and after the customer left and she was alone with the dogs, I heard her screaming and yelling at my puppy/another dog to "SHUT THE F*** UP" and to "STOP" over and over again. I could hear my puppy/other dogs crying and whimpering. It was awful and eye opening! What you see in these 5 star reviews are clearly not a reflection of what goes on behind closed doors. If she's that verbally abusive to the dogs in her care, who's to say she isn't physically abusive as well??? I picked my puppy up, walked away and never looked back. NEVER AGAIN!

I brought my golden retriever here and the head groomer didn't even get up from her chair to greet me; it looked like she just took them and groomed them right there. The tub was black and foul looking and I had to help them get my dog in the tub. And my dogs LOVES being bath normally! When I picked up my dog 4 hours later (she called me to come get him), he was still damp. She said he didn't like the blow dryer but that's the first time I've ever been told he my dog didn't like the dryer. They said he was "so dirty", but I hike in the woods with him and three other grooming places have had no issue with taking in a dog with some dirt. My friend commented later that his cut was so uneven and it was! His fur around his paws are especially uneven/jagged. She charged me $150 for that terrible job. I've never been charged more than $110 to have him bathed and cut. I will NEVER take my dog back here. Buyer beware!!!
