I believe she was mean to him...he has never bit anyone before and he's been very upset and nervous since he got home today....will never be back! Don't worry about wr in your notes that my dog bites! He loves people and has never bit a groomer before. I'm glad he didn't break the skin but I think there's a reason he snapped at her!! They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby.
