Took our cat to get a lion cut and they did a great job. Will always take him there to be groomed. 5 stars for sure.

Terrible place! Went to Hartville one and was told my dog had a barking seizure! Gabriella was very rude! I believe she was mean to him...he has never bit anyone before and he's been very upset and nervous since he got home today....will never be back! Don't worry about wr in your notes that my dog bites! He loves people and has never bit a groomer before. I'm glad he didn't break the skin but I think there's a reason he snapped at her!! The more I've thought about it the more mad I am after initial shock of telling me my dog had a seizure! read more

This dog groomer is right down the street from us, making it very convenient. They're always able to get our dogs in for nail clippings as well as baths. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

I have a long-haired cat. She is it inside outside cat, and she had mats. Not a lot of places will do cats. I cannot tell you enough how much my cat loves coming here. She acts like a whole new cat when she comes home in the best way possible. I now have a little lion, she looks so cute! Super friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable leaving your fur babies. Absolutely love it here, they treat my dog so kind, and one day the girl who grooms her spent almost 6 hours trying to brush her out (she had a lot of matting from swimming in our pool, she's a long hair doodle) so she wouldn't have to be shaved, she ended up having to be shaved anyway but the effort she took to do her best was enough in my book. read more

Took my little Yorkie in for a grooming when he came home I have never seen a little animal, more upset, shaking, diarrhea, vomiting. The little guy was traumatized. I have no idea what took place... Although we were told that he was muzzled. For what reason? He's a docile little Yorky there was no reason to muzzle him...he's 3... and has never once needed to be muzzled in the past ....my heart aches for him because I don't know what he was put through. When I called him made the appointment. I also asked how much it would be to groom him and I was told $55. My husband picked him up and they charged him $65 ...he did not know that they had quoted me $55 ...needless to say I will not be stepping foot back in that place and I recommend if you love your animal.... beware . Called to speak to the owner and the worker refused to get in touch with her said she does not work. Weekends ....wasn't around .... Wouldn't call her couldn't call her review to call her ....and then when I said I was going to leave a bad review all of a sudden she could try to call her. WOW!!!! read more

This is a new, local, business. I stopped in the day I rescued a Bernese Mountain Dog from a shelter. PetSmart couldn't groom her so I came here. Not only were they able to see her, even later in the day than when I was at PetSmart, they also charged less! This was a Saturday on top of that. Excellent customer service. My dog has been here twice now. Both times she came home looking and smelling all girlie, perfect for her. They do a very nice and thorough job and my dog seems to like it there too. Everyone I've met has been very friendly. You can see into the grooming area from the street so you can spy on them as they work, if you're worried. No secrets! I was EXTREMELY upset with what was done and how it was handled. I called to make an appointment and asked about price to get my small dog bathed and cut. When I dropped my dog off, I changed it to bathed and trim face ONLY!! I made sure she knew trim face only. When I picked my dog up, it was a cold, rainy and dark afternoon. I went to pay and was told that since I only got a face trim and bath she would give me a discount sInce I didn't get a full groom. The do is counted price I was given was $10 MORE than what I was quoted over the phone. I asked about this and was told I was given the wrong information. I paid, left a tip and went home. When I got home my dog was constantly licking himself. I picked him up and found that his paws were trimmed, all around his buttt was trimmed, and his stomach was shaved bare with bloody razor holes and this is what he was licking. He kept me up all night licking. I called numerous times and finally someone called me back. I was hoping for my money back and that the manager would want to see the mess this girl did to my dog. Instead, I was told to let the manager cut hIm for free next tine. REALLY?? I will never go here again and I have many dog owner friends who I will tell not to go there either. read more
